two。 Clear pond disinfection

At the end of the year, the dry pond was exposed to the sun to remove too much mud, and then the pond was cleaned and sterilized. The pond was cleaned by dry method, and the whole pool was sprinkled with 150 kg quicklime per mu to kill pathogens and other enemy organisms.

three。 Pond inflow

four。 Seedling stocking

1. Stocking time

The stocking time in Nanjing area from May 5 to May 15 is more appropriate and can be adjusted according to the weather conditions. The water temperature of the culture pond is stable above 18 degrees Celsius, and the temperature difference between the overwintering pond and the culture pond is controlled within 3 degrees Celsius during stocking.

2. Seedling selection

3. Fish fingerling disinfection

The fish are disinfected by soaking in 5~10min with 3% to 5% salt water before stocking.
