The culture techniques are introduced as follows:

First, pond preparation

The pond requires adequate water source, no pollution, water depth between 1.5 m ~ 2.5 m, area of 5 mu ~ 10 mu, solid ridge, no leakage, sufficient sunshine, flat bottom and less silt. Before stocking, remove too much silt from the pond, freeze and insolate for several days, add 30 cm of water, then dissolve with 150 kg of quicklime per mu, then sprinkle it in the whole pond, filter and inject water every 2-3 days, and then soak it with 50 kg per mu of tea seed cake for one day and night. At the same time, it is required to have power supply, and every 3 mu ~ 5 mu of water surface is equipped with a 3 kW impeller aerator and a bait feeding machine.

2. Fish fingerling restocking

After the toxicity of the disinfection drug disappears, filter and inject water to prevent wild fish from mixing into the pond. Fish species should be released around the end of February, so the water temperature is low, the scales of fish are tight, and the fish species are not easy to be injured in operation such as net pulling and handling. There are 200 ~ 250 two-year-old green fish with a tail weight of 1 kg per mu, 100 silver carp, 50 bighead carp and 20 snakehead fish with a tail weight of 0.3 kg. Before entering the pond, the fish were bathed with a mixture of copper sulfate (8 g / m2) and bleach (1 g / m2) for 20 to 30 minutes, or disinfected with 3%-5% salt water for 15 minutes.

3. Feed feeding

The artificial formula feed with crude protein content of more than 30% is selected, and the feed particle diameter is 4 mm, and the length is 1.5 ~ 2 times of the particle diameter. Wood and bamboo boards can be used to build a bait platform extending 3 ~ 4 meters in the center of the pond, and the herring cluster can be raised to grab food by domestication, which can be gradually reduced to feeding at a fixed point with a bait feeding machine. The daily feeding rate can be carried out according to 1.5% in March, 2.0% in April, 3.0% in May, 4.5% in June, 5.5% in July, 6.5% in August, 5.0% in September, 3.0% in October and 2.0% in November, and can be flexibly controlled according to water temperature, water quality, fish diseases and fish eating activities. Feed 3 ~ 4 times a day.

IV. Daily management

1. Pond patrol must be carried out in the morning and evening to check the water quality and observe the fish situation. From June to September, the aerator is turned on for 1 hour ~ 2 hours at noon in sunny days, and in the middle of the night on rainy days. When the floating head is heavy, it must be turned on until dawn. two。 Fresh water is regularly injected into the water quality management, and the water quality meets the requirements of "fertilizer, live, tender and cool". In June, quicklime is sprinkled once in the whole pond every 15 ~ 20 days (dosage 15kg ~ 20kg per mu). 3. For the prevention and treatment of fish disease, chlorine-containing preparations were sprinkled and disinfected in the whole pool, and drugs were added to the bait to make bait for feeding.
