1 Preventive measures

Adhere to the principle of early prevention without disease, early treatment of disease, prevention is more important than treatment.

1.1 cleaning and disinfection of fish ponds

1.2 Fish fingerling disinfection

1.3 Feed disinfection

The feed should be fresh, clean and hygienic. Fresh feeding was selected after the spiroclam was washed, the green feed was soaked in 3mg/L~5mg/L bleaching powder solution for 20 minutes and 30 minutes, and hepatobiliary rehabilitation and vitamin C were added or sprayed in the formula feed to prevent herring hepatobiliary syndrome.

1.4 Disinfection of food farms

A) generally disinfect with bleach once or twice a month, with 250g bleach each time, dissolve in 12.5 grams of clean water and sprinkle it on the food farm.

B) use medicine to hang bags and baskets for prevention in the epidemic season of fish disease. Each food farm can hang 3 to 6 baskets (bags), each containing bleach 40g~60g, changing dressing once a day for 3 consecutive days.

1.5 Disinfection of fishing gear

Fishing gear used in the infected pond should be exposed to the sun for 1 day, or soaked in 300mg/L potassium permanganate solution or 30min in 10mg/L copper sulfate solution.

In the process of pond division and handling, care should be taken to avoid bruising and frostbite of fish and induce water mildew.

(2) Prevention of fish disease epidemic season

In the fish disease epidemic season from the end of April to the beginning of May and from September to October, the whole pond was sprinkled with 90% crystal trichlorfon solution at a depth of 1 m per mu of pond with 330 g to prevent and kill parasites such as Anchor head flea and Chinese flea. Two days later, the whole pool was sprinkled with chlorine-containing preparation to prevent secondary bacterial infection. Chlorine-containing preparations can be selected: bleaching powder, dichloroisocyanuric acid, trichloroisocyanuric acid, chlorine dioxide, dibromohydantoin and so on. From the middle of May to the end of August, quicklime and chlorine-containing preparation were alternately sprinkled in the whole pool from the middle of May to the end of August to prevent the occurrence of bacterial diseases such as enteritis and rotten gills. The dosage of quicklime was 15 ~ 20 times per 667m2 pond 1 m water depth, and the drug use was carried out in accordance with the regulations of NY5071-2001.
