Prevention and treatment of common diseases in cultured Pelteobagrus fulvidraco

Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, commonly known as Gayu, Huanggu, Huanglading and so on, is very popular among consumers because of its delicious meat and rich nutrition. In recent years, the resources of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in natural waters have decreased sharply, the fever of artificial culture of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco has gradually sprung up in various places, and some diseases have occurred in the process of culture. Pelteobagrus fulvidraco is a scale-free fish, the drug is easy to be immersed into the body from the skin, and the sensitivity to the drug is relatively high, especially careful use of copper sulfate and potassium permanganate. The diagnosis and treatment of common diseases of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in recent years are introduced as follows:

1. Gill rot

Pathogen: Radix flexor columnar

Symptoms: the diseased fish are black and wander alone. Eat less or stop eating. The surface of the body is the same, the Gill filaments rot and are accompanied by dirt.

Prevention and control methods:

1. Do a good job of clearing the pond and soak the fish in 2% salt water for 5 minutes when stocking.

2. The patients were mainly treated with bromochlorohydantoin 0.3 × 10-6g/m3 or trichloroisocyanuric acid in the whole pool, which could be cured for 2 or 3 times.

II. Fulminant hemorrhagic disease

Pathogen: the disease is caused by bacteria.

Symptoms: yellowing of fish body surface, increased mucus, damaged and congested pharyngeal skin, dilated abdomen, red and swollen anus, hyperemia of fin base, fin ulceration, hydrops in abdominal cavity. The disease breaks out in the hot season, comes ferociously and spreads rapidly.

Prevention and control methods:

1. Reasonable stocking: 2500-3000 fish fry per 0.067 ha, and new water is often injected. If the water quality is too fertilizer, ammonia-lowering drugs (such as "reclaimed water") or "Cohen" biological water purifier should be used in time to regulate the water quality and remove toxic gases from the pond.

2. During the onset of the disease, dibromohydantoin was sprinkled in the whole pond with 0.3 × 0.4 × 10-6g/m3 for 2 consecutive times. If the disease is serious, it should be directly sowed once in the whole pond with granular bromine and chlorine disinfectant.

3. Kebao Ling or Yuxuekang was added to the feed, the addition amount was 4 ‰ ~ 5 ‰ and fed continuously for 3 days. If you feed fish paste fish nuggets, and add 1% salt, the treatment effect is better.

Enteritis

Pathogen: Aeromonas punctata.

Symptoms: fish swim alone, the abdomen is dilated, the anus is red and swollen, yellow mucus flows out of the abdomen under light pressure, and the esophagus and intestines are congested and inflamed.

Prevention and control methods:

1. Clear the pond thoroughly and bathe the fish in 2% salt when entering the pond. Do not put moldy food, live animal feed is soaked in 2%-3% salt or 1% salt is added to the feed.

2. At the time of onset, external digestion is the same as fulminant hemorrhagic disease. Oral administration: 5 ‰ ~ 7 ‰ and 1 ‰ ~ 2 ‰ garlicin were added to the feed and fed continuously for 5 days.

Fourth, watermelon disease

Pathogen: many small melon insects.

Symptoms: White punctate cysts can be seen on the skin, fin and Gill of the diseased fish. Diseased fish are slow to react or float on the water. Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was susceptible to small melon insects and died abruptly after the disease.

Prevention and control methods:

1. Clear the pond thoroughly with quicklime, soak the fish before entering the pond and put them in a reasonable stocking. During the epidemic period of melon insects, 2 ‰ oral insecticidal Ⅱ was added to the feed, once every semimonthly for 3 days.

2. When the disease occurs, the pond should be sprinkled with 25 × 30 × 10-6g/m3 formalin in the whole pond, once every other day, and eliminated more than 3 times. Oral administration of insecticidal Ⅱ, the addition amount is 4 ‰ ~ 5 ‰, continuously fed for 5 days.

3. Use chili powder and dried ginger to boil for half an hour, then sprinkle in the whole pool. Use chili powder 0.5kg and dried ginger 0.2kg for every 0.067 hectares of water depth 1 meter.

V. protozoonosis

Pathogens: mainly oblique tube worms and rotifers, mainly harmful to seedlings.

Symptoms: increased mucus on the fin and Gill of the diseased fish, slow response, lying on the head and tail or lying on the side, and horse racing in the case of severe infection.

Prevention and control methods:

1. The pond is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with quicklime.

2. The seedlings were sprayed with the mixture of 1 × 10-6g/m3 copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate. If the condition is serious, it should be used again every other day.

VI. Nutritional diseases

Etiology: nutritional imbalance in feed formula, deterioration of raw materials or essential amino acids in protein, lack of energy, etc.

Symptoms: enlarged liver and gallbladder of diseased fish, yellow and black liver, and the big one died first.

Prevention and control methods: improve the formula, improve the feed quality, the content of crude protein in the feed is more than 35%. Appropriate amount of vitamins and trace elements must be added to the feed, especially if there are special additives. Long-term addition of bioactive substances in feed can greatly improve the immunity and growth rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.

In the process of preventing and treating the diseases of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, we must be careful and strictly control the dosage.
