What are the symptoms of adenosis in meat donkey and how to prevent and cure it?

The meat donkey has a tall physique, symmetrical structure, beautiful appearance, square figure and good combination of head, neck and torso. The color of donkey hair is divided into three kinds (pink and white around nose, pink and white around eyes, pink and white under abdomen, and black hair) and aconite (black all over the body).

First, symptoms:

The nasal and pharyngeal mucosa of the diseased donkey showed mild inflammation, the mandibular lymph nodes were slightly swollen, and the initial body temperature increased by 40 ℃, with low spirits or no food, straight head and neck, difficult to swallow and turn the head. A few days later, the lymph nodes softened and broke out with yellowish-white viscous pus; when systemic suppurative inflammation, it is called malignant adenosis. Often invade the throat, neck, shoulder, hilum and mesenteric lymph nodes, if the pus is inhaled into the lungs through the trachea to cause rotten lungs, if the thick juice flows into the chest and into the lungs, the sick donkey suffocates and dies.

Second, prevention and control:

1. Local treatment: 10% iodine tincture can be applied to the swollen part to promote swelling and rapid suppuration and collapse. If the swollen part becomes soft, it should be cut and discharged immediately, and rinsed thoroughly with 1% bromogeramine solution or 1% potassium permanganate water.

2, systemic treatment: when there is a rise in body temperature after the disease, penicillin 120-2.4 million units should be injected intramuscularly 3 times a day. If the condition is serious, it can be injected intravenously with vitamin C 20ml, which has a good effect.
