First of all, the temperature should be kept stable and should not change much. Soft-shelled turtle (soft-shelled turtle), as a kind of semi-aquatic variable temperature animal, is very sensitive to the change of ambient temperature. too high or too low temperature or sharp changes in temperature are not conducive to the survival, growth and reproduction of soft-shelled turtles, especially juvenile soft-shelled turtles and young soft-shelled turtles.
The optimum water temperature for the growth of soft-shelled turtle is 2832 ℃. Beyond this range, the feeding and growth of soft-shelled turtle will be affected. In overwintering culture, light is easy to be ignored. After the beginning of winter, the sunshine time is relatively short, and the light can be replenished properly in the winter shed. According to the relevant research data, supplementary light can significantly improve the growth rate and survival rate of soft-shelled turtle. Temperature and humidity should be properly controlled in winter. The cold air in the south came late this year, and the outdoor temperature was relatively stable. If the tightness of the greenhouse of farmers is good, ventilation can be increased appropriately. For the north-south-trending greenhouse, it is suggested that the ventilation flow can be increased in the south and slightly smaller in the north, while in the east-west direction, the ventilation can be increased in the east and west, and the strong light can be opened for 1-2 hours at noon to increase oxygen, thus promoting the discharge of carbon dioxide from the low-level water. it is beneficial to the growth of juvenile soft-shelled turtles and young soft-shelled turtles. In winter, the management of water quality is stricter than that in other seasons. The water quality index of winter shed is the most likely to deteriorate the content of ammonia nitrogen, generally controlled below 0.3 mg / L is ideal, too high ammonia nitrogen soft-shelled turtle is easy to produce gastrointestinal discomfort, and lead to rotten skin, rotten legs, mouth and other diseases.
In the control of water color, transparency and pH, it is best for water color to keep yellowish green. If the water color is too thick, fine-tune it with an appropriate amount of quicklime, put in an appropriate amount of photosynthetic bacteria and bacillus, and turn on an aerator to cultivate water color at noon.
