Last Updated: 2024/09/19, Cage culture of carp can adapt to a wide range of waters, and it can be set up in lakes, reservoirs and rivers. As long as the water depth is greater than the height of the cage, it can be cultured normally and build ponds in the water one by one. It is more suitable than land ponds with sufficient oxygen and strong sewage discharge capacity.

Cage culture of carp adapts to a wide range of waters, and it can be set up in lakes, reservoirs and rivers. As long as the water depth is greater than the height of the cage, it can be cultured normally and build 'ponds in the water'. It is more suitable for single or multi-breed close culture, high yield, easy management and easy fishing than land ponds. Let's get to know it with the editor.

Carp feed formula

1. 45% of wheat bran, 40% of bean cake, 10% of barley, 5% of fish meal, the right amount of multivitamin, inorganic salt, lysine and methionine is added, and the feed coefficient is 2, which is provided by Beijing Fisheries Research Institute.

2. Wheat bran 45%, fish meal 30%, bean cake 15%, barley 10%, the amount of additive is the same (1), the feed coefficient is 2, the formula is provided by Beijing Fisheries Research Institute.

3. Bean cake 50%, fish meal 15%, wheat bran 15%, rice bran 15%, multivitamin 1%, inorganic salt, antibiotic leftovers 1%, adhesive 2%, bait coefficient 2.7, the formula is provided by Shanghai Fisheries Research Institute.

Feeding skills of carp feed in cage culture

1, feeding method: generally use artificial bait, conditional can use special cage feeding machine, fish species need to rest for 2 days after entering the box, in order to adapt to the new environment of the cage, such as the species cultivated in the cage, and overwintering in this reservoir, can be fed every other day. At the beginning of feeding, appropriate feed should be given according to different specifications of fish, so as to make the fish eat properly and increase the amount of feed. The key to feeding is the habit of training fish to float and grab food. Generally trained for 7 days and 10 days, the carp can form a conditioned reflex to form the habit of grazing food.

2. Feeding amount: control the feeding amount flexibly according to the weather, water temperature and the feeding situation of fish. When the water temperature rises to 12 ℃, the feeding times are usually 2 times a day, 4 times a day when the water temperature is about 20 ℃, and 5 times a day for carp when the water temperature is above 25 ℃. When the water temperature gradually dropped after September, the number of daily feeding was gradually reduced to 4 or 3 times. Generally speaking, the interval between each feeding is about 3 hours. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to ensure that the fish is "80% full".

3. Bait frequency: at the beginning of each feeding, it is necessary to cast less and slowly, and when most of the fish float for food, they should cast more and faster, and when most of the fish no longer float for food, they should cast less slowly. To put it simply, it is necessary to master the feeding rhythm of "slow, fast and slow". Until the fish is "80% full".

The living habits of crucian carp

Crucian carp is a temperature-changing animal, the body temperature changes with the change of water temperature, and the activity ability varies with the change of water temperature. In spring and autumn, the climate is mild and the water temperature is moderate. Crucian carp have a wide range of activities and active foraging. In summer, the climate is hot, where the sun shines and the shallow water is heated quickly, and the water temperature is higher. Crucian carp mostly live in shady and deep water areas.

The winter climate is cold, crucian carp mostly swim and look for food in sunny places and deep water areas. In cloudy and rainy days, the shallow water dissipates heat quickly, but the water temperature is low, but the deep water is warmer. Crucian carp are mostly active and foraging in deep water. On a sunny day, the shallow water layer warms up faster when exposed to the sun, and the water is warmer. Crucian carp swim and look for food in sunny and deep places.

Culture preparation of crucian carp

1. Pond conditions: the best pond is 3-20 mu and 2-3 meters deep, leeward to the sun, no leakage, convenient for injection and drainage and flat bottom. The pond should be equipped with three equipment: the first is the bait machine, the second is the nourishing machine, every 3-5 mu of water is equipped with a 3kW, and the third is a large trawl, which is ready for sampling and sale in the future. The pond should be desilted thoroughly. About 15 days before the fish enter the pond, the pond should be cleaned with quicklime and the thin water should be maintained.

2, culture mode: from the current situation, the most cost-effective model is the pond main culture of crucian carp model "80:20" model, that is, at harvest, 80% of the yield is silver crucian carp, 20% is for its "fat water" fish. Farmers can choose a suitable variety of crucian carp according to the acceptance of the local market, but the fish should come from the crucian carp seed farm with a seedling production license as far as possible. Fish species should be bought back in advance and concentrated in one or two ponds for 15-30 days, during which fish can be checked and treated properly.

3. Feed preparation: the protein content of adult fish feed is more than 30%, the feed particle size is 2-3 mm, and the maximum is not more than 3.5 mm. Both pellet feed and expanded feed can be used.

When it comes to crucian carp, I think we are all very familiar with it. Vegetable market supermarkets can be seen everywhere, and the market share of crucian carp is very large, because crucian carp is not only delicious but also its price is relatively cheap, so it is a really good thing with good quality and low price.
