1. Pond conditions

The breeding site should be selected in the place of shelter from the wind and the sun, sufficient water source, fresh water quality, no pollution, quiet and convenient transportation, the pond area is 3 mu ~ 5 mu, the water depth is 1.5 ~ 2 meters, and the thickness of pond sediment is 20 ~ 30 centimeters. Each pond is equipped with a 1.5 kilowatt impeller aerator.

2. Clear the pond and apply fertilizer

Clear the pond and disinfect the fish before stocking. Generally in the first and middle of April, clear the pond with 75 kilograms of quicklime per mu, add water to 1 meter after 7 days, and then apply 300 kilograms of rotten manure per mu, which can be put into a small amount of duckweed or duckweed.

3. Fish fingerling stocking

Every spring, when the water temperature rises and stabilizes above 15 ℃, winter seedlings begin to be stocked. In order to control the water quality, the pond mainly breeds 1500000 fish species per mu, while the silver carp and bighead carp fry each 40,70 fish per mu, and 200,500 fish per mu when mixed with other fish.

4. Bait feeding

Tilapia can be fed 2 ~ 3 days after entering the culture surface. Tilapia has a wide range of feeding habits. Under the condition of artificial feeding, it can be fed with all kinds of feed, such as wheat, corn, cake and so on. The protein content in the feed should start at 32%-35%, and the daily feed amount should be 3%-5% of the total weight of the fish. When the individual size is about 200 grams, the feeding amount can be adjusted to 2% of the total body weight of fish, and the protein content in the feed is guaranteed to be 27%-29%. When the individual reaches about 300 grams, tilapia enters the period of fastest growth, the daily feed intake is maintained at 1%-2% of the fish body weight, and the protein content in the feed is more than 35%. Feed twice a day at 8-9 a.m. and 3-4 p.m., respectively.

5. Daily management

The main results are as follows: (1) the water temperature and air temperature are measured in the morning, middle and evening every day, pH value and transparency are measured once a week. One tour of the pond in the morning and one at night.

(2) after the fish species are put into the pond, the pond water should be kept brown with a transparency of 25cm to 30cm. Generally, fertilizer is applied once a week, with 150 kilograms of animal manure per mu each time. When the weather is clear and the transparency of the water body is more than 30 cm, the amount of fertilizer application can be increased appropriately; when the water quality is too fertilised, fertilization should be reduced or stopped, and new water should be injected. In the hot season, the water is usually changed once or twice a week, with 20% or 30% of the pool water each time.

(3) adhere to healthy breeding and operate according to regulations to prevent fish diseases. Wash the fish with 5% salt water or 0.1 mg potassium permanganate solution per liter for 10 minutes for 15 minutes before the seedlings are planted in the pond. Every 10-15 days, the whole pond was sprinkled with 15-20 kg of raw calcareous water per mu to adjust the pH value of the pond to be slightly alkaline, and biological agents were used to improve the microbial structure of the pond and improve the water quality. Turn on the aerator when the dissolved oxygen is low and the fish has a slight floating head.
