First, prepare in advance
The resting eggs of harvest shrimp need to be awakened in a certain salinity of water, so the water for hatching must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements. Since the salinity required for hatching is only 1/2 to 1/3 of that of natural seawater, the easiest way is to mix natural seawater and fresh water at 1:1 or 1:2. When natural seawater is not available, the artificial seawater sold in the market can also be mixed into artificial seawater according to its recommended dose, and then mixed with fresh water.

1. Shrimp eggs in harvest years are kept in cold storage, so they should be placed at room temperature for about a week in advance before hatching, otherwise the hatching rate is lower.
2. Small-scale incubation can use small-scale containers as incubators and fill them with light salt water. The water used for hatching is just the opposite of that for aquaculture. Very light sea water, about half of it and half of fresh water, has the highest hatching rate. It should be boiled and sterilized before use to prevent microbes from getting in.
3. If the water temperature can be kept at 20-30 degrees, the hatching rate is better, and the lower temperature will not have a serious effect. An air pump is installed at the bottom of the container and slightly inflated to allow the bubble to rise slowly from the bottom.
4. The nauplius swims in the middle of the water, the empty eggshell floats on the surface, and the dead eggs and unhatched eggs sink at the bottom. Suck out the middle layer of water containing nauplii with a straw and pour it directly into the culture tank. Then, light salt water can be added to the incubator and continue to pump air for a day or two, and nauplius will continue to hatch.
3. Feeding with bait
The best food for shrimp in harvest years is phytoplankton in the sea water. After sunlight, a large number of algae will naturally grow in the sea water to feed the shrimp in harvest years. In general, they can not be fed. However, in the case of high culture density, other small particles of organic matter can also be supplemented to increase the number of shrimp in the bumper year. In a family farming environment, organic wastewater, such as rice water or milk, can be constantly added to the water. However, attention should be paid to replenishing these wastewater with high organic matter, and the principle of preferring less rather than overuse should be adhered to to control the degree to which the water quality does not deteriorate and become turbid. Don't overdo it.

Nauplius of harvest shrimp can mature after more than ten days of feeding, most of the adult harvest shrimp are female, mature female harvest shrimp will carry oocysts, at this time the nutrition is the highest and can be harvested.
If there are different sizes of harvest shrimp in a box, or if some harvest shrimp have already given birth to young, it is best to copy the net with a wide hole during harvest, grasp the big and release the small, and only catch the mature harvest shrimp, so that the small harvest shrimp can be raised in the box.

1. Strong adaptability. The adaptability of shrimp to temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen is very strong, the tolerable temperature range is 6-35 ℃, the salinity is 5/1000-340/1000, and the dissolved oxygen is 1~150ppm.
2. Widely distributed. The distribution of harvest shrimp is global, all in salt lakes and saltwater ponds, and it is rarely found in water below 45/1000 salinity. The harvest shrimp can live in water with a salinity of 300/1000, and its population can maintain a high density because there are few predators and competitors at high salinity.
3. Resting eggs. When the salinity is above 100/1000, shrimp in harvest years will produce resting eggs with a diameter of about 200,000,280 microns, commonly known as durable eggs. Durable eggs are grayish brown and have a hard shell when floating on the water or suspended in water. It can survive anoxic, cold, dry and other harsh environment in underwater sludge.
4. Durable eggs. Harvest shrimp is hermaphroditic, and the mode of reproduction can be divided into two types: oviparity and oviparity. In poor environments such as high salinity and low dissolved oxygen, eggs will be induced to form durable eggs. Under low salinity and high dissolved oxygen, the fertilized egg will directly develop into nauplius.

After the hard shell of the durable eggs of the harvest shrimp is swallowed by the larvae, it will block the digestive tract and even cause the death of the seedlings, so it is necessary to avoid adulterating the nauplius into the seedling pond as far as possible. 1. The durable eggs are first soaked in sea water for half an hour.
2. The durable eggs are collected with a filter cloth to remove moisture.
3. Add 2/1000 bleach with precooling of 15: 20 ℃.
4. Pump for 5-7 minutes, or change the egg shell from brown to orange.
5. Filter, collect and rinse fresh water.
6. Neutralize Na2S2O33 grams per liter.
7. Pump air for 5-7 minutes.
8. Filter, collect and rinse fresh water.
9. Hatch the eggs in the usual way.
After shelling treatment, the hard shell of the durable egg is dissolved, thus preventing the seedlings from swallowing the hard shell and causing death.

1. The color of good harvest shrimp eggs should be brown and shiny, the hands should not feel wet, there should be no mildew and fishy smell, and there is less sediment in the eggs.
2. Crush the eggs with two pieces of glass, count the number of eggs with and without oil drops in the broken eggs, and determine the ratio of good eggs to bad eggs. If there are more eggs without oil drops, the reason may be mixed with a large number of egg shells, so you should pay more attention when you buy them.
3. Observe with a magnifying glass and roughly estimate the proportion of round, shrunken and damaged eggs. Most of the sunken eggs are caused by dehydration, if there is no damage, it is a good egg.
4. Samples can be taken for hatching if possible. The hatching rate without eggs and the same number of nauplii hatched are the same, and the shorter the time required, the better the harvest shrimp eggs. The hatching time of such egg larvae is more uniform and easy to collect.
