Pond: muddy sand bottom, the water depth is about 2 meters, and the inlet is filtered with 60-mesh sieve silk. Seedlings: use completely desalinated shrimp seedlings, turn on the aerator to increase oxygen the day before stocking, and put a small amount of water before a large number of seedlings are put into the pond. Feed: fixed-time quantitative, fixed-point quality, a small amount of multi-input, specific adjustment. Water quality: add 50ppm raw salt in the pond before releasing seedlings, and then add raw salt later. Disease prevention: 30-60 days after release is the period of high incidence of viral diseases, actively prevent and cure the disease of Penaeus vannamei.

Penaeus vannamei, which is native to the Pacific coast of South America, is one of the three excellent shrimp species known to have the highest production in the world, and is deeply welcomed by everyone. Let's take a look at the freshwater culture techniques of Penaeus vannamei. I hope it will be of some help to the majority of farmers.

Freshwater culture techniques of Penaeus vannamei

1. Pond conditions

The farm area is 2-3 mu (can be adjusted according to the scale), the bottom of mud and sand is adopted, the water depth is controlled at about 2 meters, and the inlet is filtered with 60-mesh sieve silk. Leave 50cm water before seedling release, clean the pond with quicklime 110kg / mu and tea meal 32kg / mu and install a 1.5kW impeller aerator.

2. Seedling stocking

Need to release completely desalinated shrimp seedlings, length around 2.1cm, pay attention to the use of completely desalinated north-south white shrimp seedlings, it is best to go to the nursery a few days before purchase to observe the desalination of shrimp seedlings, more rest assured. The day before stocking, the aerator needs to be turned on to increase oxygen, and a small amount of water should be tested before a large number of seedlings are put into the pond. The stocking quantity is 40 fish per square meter, and 30-40 silver carp and bighead carp with 0.25 kg per head are released after one month of stocking.

3. Feed

The feed feeding of Penaeus vannamei was carried out according to the principle of "fixed quantity, fixed quality, small quantity and specific adjustment". Generally, three or four tables are set up in the pond. Four times a day after half a month, 5 eggs, 0.2 kilograms of peanut bran, 0.75 kilograms of small fish and 0.3 kilograms of shrimp feed per ten thousand shrimp fry are fed. After 15 days, it should be fed three times a day, mainly fed with compound feed, with a feeding amount of 30-40% of shrimp body weight, properly supplemented with natural bait, and the late feeding amount gradually decreased with the growth of shrimp.

4. Water quality

Although the shrimp seedlings are desalinated, they still have the habit of seawater, so it is necessary to add 50ppm raw salt in the pond before releasing the seedlings, and then add the raw salt in the later stage. The water level of shrimp fry was maintained at about 50cm for a week after stocking, and then increased by 5cm every day until the water depth reached about 160cm. Change 20% of the water every 4-5 days and apply 12-15ppm quicklime every 10-15 days. In order to provide a good living and growing environment for prawns, it is best to transplant some water hyacinth after half a month, with an area of about 20%, and fixed with bamboo to prevent spread everywhere.

Treatment of white stool of Penaeus vannamei

I. treatment methods

1. First, 360C detoxification (10kg zeolite powder + 2L organic acid 2mu).

2. After hours, take 200g Lactobacillus butyricum and mix 80 jin for 3 days. In severe cases, 200g Lactobacillus butyricum can be sprinkled for 2 mu.

3. After an interval of one day, 360 is changed to detoxify, super energy and spores are added to replenish the beneficial flora of the water body to improve the digestion ability of the water body.

II. Preventive methods

1. Strengthen management: patrol the pond at least three times a day. When inspecting the feeding table, we should pay attention to observe the feeding, vitality and feces of prawns, and actively pay attention to the weather forecast so as to take timely precautions against climate change.

2. Reasonable feeding: appropriate amount of butyric acid lactic acid bacteria can be fed, and the amount and times of feeding should be reasonable.

3. Protect the liver and intestines: strengthen the nutrition of Penaeus vannamei and replenish minerals and vitamins in time.

4. steady water to change the bottom: disinfect the bottom of the pond regularly.

Control techniques of Penaeus vannamei disease in north and south

The high incidence period of viral diseases of Penaeus vannamei is 30-60 days after the release of Penaeus vannamei. During this period, drugs should be used according to different disease prevention measures:

1. Biological disease prevention: active microecological agents or substrate modifiers are mainly used to regulate water quality, and active feed microorganisms and FRC- active source additives are added to the feed, which can effectively improve the intestinal function of shrimp, increase its absorption rate of feed, inhibit the occurrence of bacteria, enhance immunity and promote the growth of shrimp.

2. Drug disease prevention: every 10-15 days, the whole pool can be sprinkled with bromochlorohydantoin, dibromohydantoin, dichlorohydantoin and other hydantoin disinfectants, dosage of 0.2ppm-0.3ppm. Oral administration can often add green products such as shrimp growth promoting agent and pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation, FRc- activity source additive, immune enhancer and so on. It can enhance the immunity of shrimp, remove harmful substances in shrimp, and play the effect of preventing and curing diseases.

Characteristics of disease in Penaeus vannamei culture

1. The vitality and swimming ability of Penaeus vannamei decreased. Generally healthy and disease-free prawns usually inhabit the middle, lower or near the bottom of the aquaculture water body, which can not be easily seen. Sometimes some groups of shrimp can be found on the pond embankment, but they are lively in movement, fast in swimming and strong in bounce.

2. The food intake of Penaeus vannamei decreased or stopped feeding, and the growth became slow. Healthy and disease-free shrimp groups can be seen to compete for food actively during feeding (bait). Half an hour later, samples were taken and checked. More than 80% of the prawns had full stomach and intestines. After continuous observation for 3 mi for 5 days, it could be seen that the shrimp grew well and the shrimp body was strong.

3. Abnormal body color and Gill of Penaeus vannamei. Healthy and disease-free Penaeus vannamei, the body is transparent or translucent, especially the larvae and minors, the body color is normal, bright, no dirt, algae, protozoa and other attachment, through both sides of the head and chest armour, the gills are clean and clearly visible.

It can be seen from the above that the culture technology of Penaeus vannamei is relatively simple, and this kind of shrimp has a variety of excellent characteristics of fast growth and strong disease resistance, so breeding this kind of shrimp can bring significant economic benefits.
