Shrimp is a common and common aquatic product in our life, and there are many kinds of shrimp. As we all know, the nutritional value of shrimp is extremely high, often eating can supplement the nutrients needed by the human body, and its meat is fresh and delicious, deeply loved by everyone. With the increasing demand for shrimp, wild shrimp can no longer meet our needs, and shrimp farming has become one of the most popular breeding projects. So do you know how to release shrimp seedlings?

How to raise shrimp seedlings

1. Shrimp fry stocking: 5 ~ 100000 shrimp fry per mu, the specification is more than 1.5cm, and the time should be from June to July.

2. Shrimp species stocking: 20,25kg shrimp per mu, 100000kg / kg, suitable time is from October to December.

3. Precautions for stocking: shrimp stocking should be carried out on cloudy or rainy days, in case of sunny days, in order to avoid direct sunlight and affect the survival rate of stocking. Shrimp fry should be fully released at one time.

4. Silver carp species with flowers: there are 80,100 silver carp species per mu of shrimp ponds, with a specification of about 30 per kilogram, and 200 silver carp summer flowers per mu. The stocking of silver carp must be 10-15 days after the stocking of shrimp seedlings in order to ensure the demand for food organisms of green shrimp. The first is to adjust the water quality, and the other is to make full use of the water body to increase the income of fish.

When is the right time to raise lobster seedlings?

The regular stocking time is usually in November of each year or at the end of March of the following year. In the process of lobster culture, under the condition of suitable temperature and sufficient feed, the young shrimp can grow to the commercial specification in 90 days. The seedlings were released in March and the rotation began around June, selling big and keeping small. Because the catch is large and the small is left, the rotation can improve the recapture rate, sell a good price, and achieve the goal of high yield and high efficiency.

The breeding process of crayfish

Crayfish reproduce once a year, with the peak period from May to September. The reproduction of crayfish is special, and most of the reproduction process is completed in caves, so it is difficult to see egg-holding shrimp in normal production. It takes 2 to 5 months for the ovaries to mature and ovulate and fertilize after mating. The fertilized eggs are purple and adhere to the bristles of the abdominal swimming limbs. Egg-holding shrimp often hold the abdomen close to the water in the hole to keep the eggs in a moist state. The number of eggs laid by crayfish is relatively small, generally at 100,700 eggs, with an average of 300 eggs. The incubation time of eggs is 14-24 days. During the development period, the crayfish larvae do not need any external nutrition supply, and the newly hatched shrimp need to stay in the belly of the parent shrimp for about 10 days before leaving the mother.

If the conditions are not suitable, you can survive without eating or drinking in the cave for several weeks. When the pond is irrigated, the young shrimp and the parent shrimp climb out of the cave one after another and distribute naturally in the pond. Sometimes the parent shrimp will bring the larvae into the water body and then release the larvae. Although the number of eggs held by crayfish is small, the survival rate of hatched larvae is very high. The scattered breeding habits of crayfish limit the large-scale production of seedlings and adversely affect the intensive production.

Matters needing attention in breeding crayfish

1. Crayfish species

At present, there is only one species of crayfish in China, that is, the scientific name we usually see is called Procambarus clarkii. Anyone who asks for a high price under the banner of a new breed of crayfish must be a hoax.

2. Purchase of shrimp fry

The principle of proximity should be adopted in the purchase of shrimp seedlings. The normal transportation time is no more than two hours. It is best to use the direct door-to-door purchase of farmers, and try not to go through hand-to-hand intermediaries. Transport, low-density loading, the bottom covered with water plants, handle gently.

3. The throwing of shrimp seedlings

When putting in shrimp seedlings, the specifications of shrimp seedlings should not be too uniform. Otherwise, sometimes it will lead to the phenomenon that the shrimp seedlings do not grow up when the price is high, and the price begins to go down again. And when the shrimp seedlings of uniform specifications grow at the same time, the pond load will be too high, ecological collapse and other phenomena. And the phenomenon of crayfish killing each other has little to do with the differences in specifications.

4. Increase concealment

Crayfish are aggressive by nature and have a strong habit of occupying land. If there is no space or shelter for them to hide, it will lead to serious killing each other. When raising crayfish, you can plant some water plants such as hyacinth in the water. For its concealment, aquatic plants can also be used as food for crayfish.

Through the above content, I believe that we all have a certain understanding of the culture technology of shrimp seedlings. When it comes to raising shrimp, crayfish is now a famous freshwater economic shrimp with delicious meat, fast growth, strong adaptability, and good breeding prospects and benefits.
