In recent years, farming industry has been one of the hottest topics. Many people are not satisfied with the life of working in the city, so they find the right target to start their own hard work. Shrimp is one of the most common foods in our lives and is loved by many people. Naturally, this type of farming has become the first target for most people.

Culture technology of Macrobrachium rosenbergii

1. Water quality management

In the early stage of seedling emergence, the water quality index is generally required to be 7.0≤pH≤8.5, ammonia nitrogen ≤0.4mg/L, nitrite ≤0.05mg/L, and appropriate fertilizer water is recommended. Transparency ≤ 40cm. In the middle stage of cultivation, it is recommended to regularly put quicklime (5kg/mu) and appropriate amount of fertilizer, at least twice a month, to keep the water body properly fertile and avoid cyanobacteria. Regular use of "Termite", can effectively control cyanobacteria, black gill.

2. Substrate management

Most of the farmers in the south feed compound feed, and add a small amount of wild miscellaneous fish (cooked or powdered) together with feed, long-term feeding of high-protein bait, a large number of organic debris accumulated at the bottom of the pond, easy to breed a large number of ciliates; with the growth of macrobrachium shrimp, more and more activity, more and more obvious role in turning the bottom of the pond, less and less algae, more and more serious eutrophication of water, easy to breed cyanobacteria, so stable fertilizer water in seedling stage is particularly important.

3. Shelling period management

Macrobrachium rosenbergii usually choose to shell in the shallow water area of the pond at dawn or evening, and the shelling time increases with the growth of the shrimp. The bigger the shrimp, the longer the shelling time. Generally, Macrobrachium prawns with lower body length of 5 cm can complete one molting in only 3 seconds, while Macrobrachium prawns with lower body length of 12cm need about 2 minutes to complete one molting. The longer the molting time, the higher the probability of being preyed or eaten. The actual production proved that Macrobrachium rosenbergii has strong resistance, but the loss rate of shelling stage is high (disease loss rate
