Selection and construction of cement pool: the old pool can be rebuilt, or built with bricks or stones, the water depth can be controlled at more than 1 meter, and measures for drainage and escape prevention should be taken. Preparation before stocking: disinfect the pond and apply organic fertilizer 5-7 days before seedling release. Release seedlings: select high-quality seedlings, soak them with salt water before putting them, and put them in the morning on a sunny day from the first ten days of May to the end of June. Daily management: scientific and rational feeding, regular replacement of new water, good prevention of diseases and insect pests.

1. Cement construction

The cement pond for the cultivation of Loach can be rebuilt with old ponds, or new ones can be built with bricks and stones. the area, shape and size of the cement ponds can be adjusted according to the culture scale and geographical location. The depth of the cement pool had better be more than 1m, the inlet and outlet should be surrounded by plastic net or barbed wire, and the bottom of the pool had better be tilted slightly to the outlet to facilitate drainage and fishing; the edge wall of the cement pool should be higher than the surface of the water 50cm above to prevent Loach from escaping; sunshade net should be built above the cement pool to shade the Loach and also have a cooling effect.

2. Prepare before stocking

Before stocking, remove alkali from the cement pool, fill the pool with water, soak for 10 days, and change water every 2 days; or use medicine to remove alkali, wash the unused cement floor with clean water, then expose the pond for 4-5 days, then disinfect the pond with 20g/m ³bleach, drain the disinfection solution clean one day later, put 16-20cm mud into the pool, and inject 50-70cm new water. 5-7 days before the Loach was released, organic fertilizer was applied to the pond for fertilizer and water to ensure that the natural bait available for Loach in the water was sufficient, and the Loach seedlings could be put into the pond 10 days later.

3. Seedling release

Select high-quality Loach species that are healthy, consistent in size, injury-free, agile and suitable in specification in the formal market, and soak them in 3% Murray 4% salt water for 8-10 minutes before release. From the first ten days of May to the middle of June, the Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was released in the morning when there was no wind on a sunny day. Misgurnus anguillicaudatus has a high tolerance to hypoxia and can be cultured with high density. The stocking density of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus seedlings at 8-12cm can be controlled at 150-300g/.

4. Bait feeding

Natural bait, rotifers and other small aquatic animals, field snails, trapped insects, artificially cultured earthworms, fly maggots and artificial feed are all bait for raising Loach in cement ponds. When feeding Loach, we should follow the "four principles". Feed it once a day in the morning and once in the afternoon, and it is appropriate that the Loach can be eaten in 1-2 hours. The daily feed amount accounts for 4-7% of the total weight of Loach, and the specific feed quantity should be adjusted according to water quality, temperature, weather and so on.

Misgurnus anguillicaudatus seedlings can be fed with rice bran, wheat bran and other feed after 2 days, then every 1-2 days, start several large-scale feeding, and then gradually narrow the range; the feed to Loach should be relatively constant, fresh and palatable, and do not feed them metamorphic feed. With the continuous growth of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, they were gradually mixed with plant feed such as bean cake and rice bran, plus Misgurnus anguillicaudatus feed made from fresh fish, shrimp or other animal offal chopped and mixed with compound feed; in the middle and later stages of culture, it is necessary to appropriately increase the amount of animal feed, or mainly it; within 7 days, the amount of wild seedlings should be normal, and then be fed normally after domestication and adaptation.

5. Water quality management

Set up a sunshade net above the cement pool, timely add fresh water, the water temperature in the cement pool had better be controlled below 30 ℃, avoid the change of water temperature before and after changing water more than 5 ℃, ensure that the cement pool has sunshine in spring and autumn, do a good job of shading in summer, and the transparency of the water body is controlled at about 40-50cm. Regularly apply organic fertilizer to the pool to improve water quality, and the amount of water and times of water change should be adjusted according to season. In general, red water is changed every 7 days in spring and autumn, and in summer, the pool water is changed every 3 days, and the pool water is changed every 3 days.

6. Pest control

In the process of breeding, patrol the pond every day to remove the crabs, lobsters, mice, snakes, birds and other enemy animals in the pond in time. Before stocking, disinfect the cement pond and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus seedlings to prevent diseases, and feed them allicin or Baogan jiedu Ning bait once a month for 3-6 days to strengthen the Loach's physique and prevent enteritis; disinfect the pond with an appropriate amount of raw lime water regularly; remove moss or harmful algae in the pond in time.
