Construction of breeding site: the old house should be used to transform the breeding house with an area of 20-40cm, and the anti-escape facilities should be made. The breeding cage made of nylon gauze net was fixed on the breeding rack, and the maggot breeding shed with wind protection and waterproof was built, and a rectangular cement pond was built to raise maggots. Fly maggot breeding: put the Eclosion tray of the fly species into the fly cage to provide sufficient water and feed. On the 4th day after Eclosion, the egg blocks are collected and then put into the maggot breeding room for cultivation.

Construction of aquaculture facilities

1. Seed fly room

Specially used for raising adults, the area can be controlled at 20-40 years, you can use the transformation of the old house, installed screen doors and screen windows in the house to prevent adults from escaping; if raised in winter, the room should be equipped with heating equipment.

2. Fly cage

Flies are generally raised in cages, which not only covers a small area, but also does not pollute the environment. A upper and lower two-layer feeding rack can be made of wood in the fly breeding room, and a fly cage made of nylon net is placed on each floor, and the fly cage is fixed on the rack like a mosquito net. the cage length 100cm, wide 40cm, high 80cm can be, and the cage is equipped with feed plate, drinking plate, feathering plate and egg plate.

3. Maggot breeding room

Used for breeding maggots, the room temperature is controlled at 20-28 ℃ and the humidity is controlled at 65-70%. There are multi-layer feeding racks, maggot pots, heating equipment and so on on both sides of the room, leaving a walkway in the middle.

4. Maggot breeding greenhouse

The maggots specially used for protein feed only need to be built into a simple shed that can be windproof and waterproof, and the maggot ponds are preferably long or small rectangular ponds.

2. Maggot culture

1. Breeding of seed fly

When the purchased fly species are put into the Eclosion plate, the average weight of 10, 000 fly species is about 150g, while the Eclosion tray with long 40cm, wide 30cm and high 8cm can only hold 750g fly species at most.

2. Pupae hatching

Put the Eclosion tray of the fly species into the fly cage and tie the work port tightly. as long as the temperature is kept at 25-30 ℃ and the humidity is kept at 50-80%, the fly species can be feathered into flies in 3-4 days. If the temperature is low in winter, it is necessary to turn on the heater to increase the temperature, the temperature is about 36 ℃, and the flies can be feathered into flies in about 2 days.

3. Breeding of seed flies

When flies are feathered, feed plates and water plates should be placed, and half of milk powder and sugar can be fed to flies to ensure that they have enough protein, sugar and water to sustain life and reproduction.

4. Egg block collection

On the 4th day after adult Eclosion, the fly will mate and on the 5th day it can lay eggs, so on the 4th day, it is necessary to put the egg in the fly cage in time to induce the fly to lay eggs.

5. Maggot cultivation

Take the collected hard eggs to the maggot room for cultivation, as long as the temperature and humidity are appropriate, the fat and big maggots can be bred.

3. Maggot feed

1. Breeding maggots: 80% of fresh pig manure, 10% of wheat bran and 10% of peanut residue.

2. Egg collection: 80% of fresh pig manure, 10% of wheat bran, 9.5% of peanut Hawthorn, 0.5% of ammonia bicarbonate.

3. Seed flies: water 84.6%, brown sugar 5%, milk powder 5%, fresh eggs 5%, vitamin C 0.2%, methionine 0.2%.
