Sheep sheds: sheep sheds should be built in sunny, high-lying and well-drained places with an area of 1-2 square meters per sheep, with dung storage tanks, sports grounds and related facilities outside. Sheep breed: choose high quality hybrid sheep. Castration in time: rams are castrated 7-60 days after birth. Feed feeding: feed mainly with forage, supplemented by concentrate feed, and adjust the feeding amount according to the growth stage. Drinking water: clean water every day and warm water in winter. Daily management: regularly rinse and disinfect the sheep shed and raise it separately in time.

1. Construction of sheep shed

Choose in the higher terrain, good drainage and sunny place, the sheep shed ground is higher than the ground 20cm, sheep shed to strong, warm, good ventilation is better, the area is determined according to the feeding scale, as long as ensure that each sheep has 1-2 inch activity space, eaves height is controlled in more than 3m, plant some trees outside the house, play the role of heat prevention and cooling.

There is a sports ground outside the sheep house, which is 2-5 times the area of the sheep house. The sports ground should be equipped with drinking water trough, food trough and grass rack, and a manure storage tank should be built outside the sheep house for the treatment of goat feces.

2. Sheep breed selection

The breed of sheep directly determines the production performance of sheep. Combined with the local situation, choosing a suitable sheep breed can improve the yield and economic benefits to a certain extent, and it is generally better to raise hybrid sheep.

3. Castration in time

For the rams that are not suitable for breeding, except that some rams are reserved as trial rams, other rams are castrated at the age of 7-60 days to facilitate management.

4. Feed feeding

Sheep are herbivorous animals, and their feed is mainly forage grass and leaves, supplemented by concentrate feed. As the temperature is high in summer and autumn, goats should be fed more forage, leaves and forage; the proportion of Gramineae and Duke forage should be 4:1, and concentrate should be supplemented properly.

The temperature in winter and spring is lower, and there is less forage grass, so goats can be fed more mixed feed to meet the nutrition needed for goat growth and promote goat growth and development.

5. Drinking water supply

Provide adequate drinking water to goats every day to avoid loss of appetite and indigestion due to lack of water, and drink warm water to goats in winter.

6. Daily management

Clean the floor of the sheep house once a day, disinfect the sheep house and its surroundings regularly, remove sheep dung every 15 days, and transport it away from the sheep house to accumulate and ferment.

In order to ensure the healthy growth of sheep and increase the yield, ewes, lactating ewes and lambs should be reared in a separate shed of 2 kilos in time, so that the breeding density is not too high, ewes are miscarried and lambs are crushed to death; the sheds in which they are raised should be kept dry, clean, with sufficient light and the temperature should be controlled at 18-20 ℃ to ensure the healthy growth of sheep.
