Last Updated: 2024/11/05, The culture time of crayfish can be determined according to the size of shrimp fry, and shrimp fry can be released three times a year. The culture time of crayfish can be decided according to the size of shrimp larvae, and shrimp larvae can be put into culture three times a year. The first time: from the end of March to the beginning of April, overwintering seedlings can be put in, and the amount per mu is about 4000. The second time: from the end of May to the beginning of June, larger shrimp seedlings can be put in, about 4000 per mu. The third time: from the middle and lower period of September to the first ten days of October, small and medium-sized shrimp seedlings can be put in, and the amount of about 5000 shrimp per mu can be put in.

I. Crayfish farming model

1, summer culture: generally in the summer of July to September mainly stocking artificial breeding of young shrimp, shrimp per mu of the ditch put up to 1.5- 20,000 tail.

2. Winter culture: Generally, stocking is carried out in December in winter. About 1- 15,000 shrimps can be put into each mu of shrimp cultivation ditch. If conditions permit, shrimp can be cultivated for two seasons. Shrimp can be cultivated from July to October, and freshwater crayfish can be cultivated from December to May to June of the next year.

II. Crayfish breeding time

1. First launch

(1) Generally, winter seedlings are put into the pond from the end of March to the beginning of April, and the amount of shrimp seedlings put into each mu is about 4000. Before putting shrimp seedlings into the pond, a large number of aquatic plants or bamboo leaves should be planted in the pond, accounting for about 50% of the total area of water.

(2) After the shrimp seedlings are put in, they can be alternately fed with pellet feed for shrimp and fresh crushed small fish. About 3 kg of fresh crushed food or 1.5 kg of dry feed can be fed per mu per day. The feeding amount can be increased appropriately according to the eating situation. About 0.5 kg can be increased every 5 days. After 30 days, about 5 kg of dry feed can be fed per mu per day. When the crayfish reaches 34-36 fish per kg, they can be caught and marketed.

2. Second delivery

(1) The second time shrimp seedlings are released from the end of May to the beginning of June. The shrimp seedlings at this stage are relatively large, about 120-160 per kilogram, and about 4000 per mu can be released.

(2) After the shrimp seedlings are put in place, they can be fed with boiled wheat grains of about 5-7.5 kg per day. It is not suitable for feeding in rainy days. At the same time, half of the bamboo leaves can be planted in the pond in early June. During the breeding process, water quality management should be strengthened, new water should be replaced regularly, and more inspections should be made to prevent escape. It can be caught in early September.

3. Third launch

(1) The third time is mainly from the middle and lower September to the first ten days of October. At this stage, the dosage can be appropriately increased. Small and medium-sized shrimp seedlings can be selected, about 200-300 per kilogram, and the dosage per mu is as high as 5000.

(2) After putting it well, in order to promote the parent shrimp fattening in winter, shrimp feed and processed fresh fish fragments can be used for feeding, and the feeding amount can be appropriately increased according to the climate and water temperature. The weather is fine, the water temperature is above 20℃, and about 2.5-4 kg can be fed per mu per day.

(3) If the water temperature is as low as 20℃, the feeding amount should be halved. If the water temperature is as low as 15℃, the feeding amount should be reduced by at least 50%. If the water temperature is as low as 10 ℃, the feeding should be stopped. If the daily average water temperature is lower than 10℃, the way of keeping water for wintering should be adopted. Increase the water injection amount of the pond to make the pond reach the highest water level. Wait until the water temperature of the pond rises in the next year.
