Water quality: can choose to use weak alkaline water quality for breeding, the appropriate PH value is between 7-7.3, DH value is about 8-9. Water temperature: The suitable water temperature for juvenile fish is between 22-26℃, and the adult fish is controlled at about 22-24℃. Illumination: Sufficient illumination should be ensured, and special aquarium lamps can be used. Feed: can feed daphnia, water earthworm, shrimp larvae, professional fish artificial opening bait. Change water: change water reasonably according to fish age.

I. Water temperature and water quality

1. During the breeding period, the juvenile fish should keep the appropriate water temperature between 22-26℃, the adult fish should be controlled at 22-24℃, and the water temperature of the newborn fish should be controlled at about 24-26℃.

2, can choose weak alkaline water quality for breeding, the appropriate pH value is between 7-7.3, DH value is about 8-9, lucky guppy reaction to drugs and chlorine is more intense, if the residual chlorine in the water is more, it will lead to a large number of lucky guppy death, so the water for breeding lucky guppy should be fully dried.

II. Light

1. When breeding lucky guppy, if you do not use special aquarium lamps, you need to ensure sufficient light to create the effect of day and night. When breeding lucky guppy in the dark, they will not easily accept bait, which will also cause the color to be darker.

2, and in the case of sufficient light, it will enhance the speed of grabbing food, reduce excessive residual bait and pollute the water quality, its color will be more bright, but also convenient to observe whether the head guppy has infected diseases, when to prepare for delivery of small fish, etc.

III. Feed

1. The newly born guppy can not feed any food on the same day. First, let it adapt to the environment first. Second, there are yolk sacs in the body that have not been completely absorbed. Then feed live shrimp larvae on the second day. Its nutrients are rich and easy to be absorbed. It also promotes defecation. At this stage, try to let the fish eat more and satiate. In addition, a small amount of live bait can be reserved in the tank.

2. In addition, frozen shrimp larvae, shelled shrimp eggs, daphnia, and professional juvenile fish artificial open bait can also be fed. These baits are not as high as those of live shrimp. When the juvenile fish is 2-3 weeks old, in addition to feeding shrimp and daphnia larvae, a small amount of fine water earthworms and artificial bait can also be fed, which is conducive to the intake of nutrients for juvenile fish.

3. The feeding order of bait species is to feed other bait first, and then feed the shrimp, which is conducive to the shrimp staying in the intestinal tract of the fish for a longer time, and the nutrients are fully absorbed.

IV. Water change

1, the breeding process can be changed about 20% of the water every day, or every 7 days to change the water twice, each time about 50%, and then about 14 days need to change all the water, at the same time need to clean the fish tank, in the child fish within 30 days, you can change the water like this.

2, in the 60-90 days, you can change about 20% of the water every day, or change once every 7 days, about 50% each time, about 14 days need to change all the water.

Fish after the 90th day can change about 20% of the water every day, or about 50% of the water every 14 days, and all the water needs to be changed in about 30 days.
