Mushrooms are large, advanced fungi, and fruiting bodies are usually visible to the naked eye. Some are edible and have high nutritional value. The following editor will introduce the mushroom planting technology for you.

First, build a mushroom shed

Mushroom houses are generally chosen in higher-lying areas, but on the whole they are relatively flat, with an open surroundings and good permeability. The greenhouse should be made of scattered light, and the ground needs to be repaired with cement, so it is easy to wash. The mushroom bed should be set up in the mushroom room, which can be made of wood, iron and brick. Finally, there should be windows or shutters, which can enhance permeability.

2. Nutrient stacking system

The main ingredients of nourishment are livestock manure, wheat straw, wheat bran, rice straw, cornstalk and so on. Generally, the composting of nutrients begins around July. Generally every 3-4 days need to turn over the heap, half a month can be vaccinated.

3. Disinfection and sterilization

After the completion of the composting of nutrients, we first need to carry out a thorough disinfection and sterilization of the mushroom room, and then move the nutrients into the mushroom room and lay it on the mushroom bed. Then close the doors and windows of the mushroom room, raise the indoor temperature to about 60 ℃, after 3 hours, lower the temperature to about 50 ℃, maintain this temperature for a week, let the nutrients ferment thoroughly. And in the process of fermentation, the nutrients can also be sterilized, so that the nutrients left are beneficial microorganisms, which is of great benefit to the growth of mushrooms.

4. Inoculation and covering soil

Flatten the nutrients on the mushroom bed, and the thickness of the nutrients on each mushroom bed should reach about 15cm. Then the hole seeding method was used for inoculation, and the interval between each plant was about 10cm. If you want to improve its germicidal speed, you can broadcast it as closely as possible. After inoculation, it is necessary to maintain the humidity of the nutrients and increase the permeability of the mushroom room. Finally, cover the fine fertile soil evenly on the nourishment, and you can wait for the bacteria to spread.

5. Mushroom production management

Mushroom production management is the most critical step in mushroom cultivation, which is related to the yield and quality of mushrooms. One of the most important is water management and temperature management. We need to maintain the humidity of nutrients, which is generally 70% at the initial stage of mushroom emergence, and then slowly recover to 80% Murray 90% at the later stage. When watering, we should follow the principle of watering a small amount of water frequently. The temperature of the mushroom room should be kept at about 10-18 ℃ during the fermentation period, and the temperature should be raised to about 20-28 ℃ during the mushroom emergence period, which can speed up the mushroom production. When the mushrooms grow to a certain size, they can be harvested.

The planting techniques of different mushrooms will be slightly different. The above are the cultivation methods of common varieties, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
