Mustard can germinate and grow, and water and fertilizer management and pest control should be done during the growth period.
The planting time of mustard is not exactly the same in different regions. generally, mustard will be planted in July in the south and around October in the north.
Pre-seed fertilization generally uses imported compound fertilizer 30 kg, urea 3-5 kg, calcium superphosphate 25 kg and 10 kg potassium chloride mixed with 50 kg peanut bran as base fertilizer.
Water was drenched in the morning and evening 2-3 days after planting, and irrigated every 3-5 days thereafter, depending on the weather.
Nitrogen fertilizer is the main topdressing fertilizer for mustard, but phosphorus and potassium fertilizer should be properly applied at seedling stage and field stage to improve disease resistance and increase yield.
