1. Select the garden

The plot should be selected with large temperature difference between day and night, open terrain, sufficient sunshine, good ventilation, good drainage and irrigation, far away from Urban area, industrial and mining area, traffic trunk line, industrial pollution source, domestic garbage dump, etc., its ecological environment is suitable for organic grape production, soil environmental quality conforms to Grade II standard in GB15618-1995, pH value 7~7.5 and loose soil, and the depth of well drilling is 200m; The irrigation water quality meets the requirements of GB5084, and the ambient air quality meets the requirements of Grade II standard in GB3095 -1996 and GB9137.

II. Variety selection

Hutai No. 8 early and middle ripening grape variety with good disease resistance, stress resistance and quality was selected.

III. Cultivation methods

The shelving can be combined with sheltering cultivation conditions to select double cross "V"-shaped frame, flying "bird"-shaped small scaffolding or flat scaffolding. Choose polyethylene, polypropylene or polycarbonate products and remove them from the soil in time after use.

IV. Plant management

The plant management of organic grape is the same as that of conventional grape production, such as determining the shearing intensity and renewal mode of fruiting mother branches according to variety characteristics, frame characteristics, age and yield, and carrying out reasonable winter pruning; in grape growing season, adopting summer pruning measures such as bud wiping, branch fixing, new shoot topping and auxiliary shoot treatment to shape and control the tree body, enhancing ventilation and light transmission, so as to reduce the occurrence of diseases.

V. Flower and Fruit Management

Grape clusters were treated by thinning flowers, fruits, ears and seeds to control yield and improve fruit quality. The yield per mu of vineyards entering the peak fruit period shall be strictly controlled within 1000kg.

VI. Field management

During the grape growing season, tilling and loosening shall be carried out in time to keep the soil loose, and the loosening depth shall be 10cm~20cm; after fruit harvest every year, the whole garden shall be deeply turned in combination with base fertilizer application in autumn, and all the soil outside the planting hole shall be deeply turned to a depth of 30cm~40cm. Certified organic fertilizer purchased prior to production. Green manure or compost is carried out in grape production areas in combination with "grass growing in the park-breeding (chicken, duck, sheep)". Never use chemical fertilizer, do not use genetically modified substances as fertilizer, limit the use of human excrement, when necessary, fully decomposed and harmless treatment. Micro-sprinkling irrigation method was adopted to strengthen the monitoring of water quality around organic grape production, so as to avoid affecting organic grape production due to water pollution.

Organic grapes must be grown according to international organic agricultural production technology standards and certified by independent organic food certification agencies to allow the use of organic food labels.
