In the process of maintenance, as long as you keep the basin soil moist, you can often spray it with water and moisturize it. If you keep it in a place with scattered light for a period of time, you will soon have scattered roots and leaves.

Mountain turtles like wet environment and are more resistant to waterlogging, but before they have roots, they should not be watered too much, otherwise they will rot easily. If after the root, a little waterlogging can grow normally.

II. Daily maintenance

The growing season of mountain turtles is in spring, summer and autumn. After winter, tortoises stop growing and go into hibernation. The rattan leaves will wither. So in the autumn, slowly reduce watering to keep the soil dry in winter. Keep it indoors in winter to prevent the weather from freezing to death. In late March of the following year, you can start watering and sprouting in the sun.

The mountain tortoise is tolerant to yin and yang, and has a strong ability to adapt to the environment. The mountain tortoise can be bred indoors.
