Let's take a look at it. 1. Chinese cabbage with basic fertilizer has a long growing period and needs a lot of high quality with long fertilizer effect.

Cabbage is one of the most common vegetables in daily life. There are many farmers who grow cabbage. Almost every farmer grows cabbage. So how do you fertilize cabbage? Let's take a look.

1. Base fertilizer application

Cabbage growth period is long, need a large number of high-quality organic fertilizer, so a large number of manure as base fertilizer is very important. General mu manure not less than 5000 kg. 60% manure is spread into the ground before ploughing and 40% manure is raked into the shallow soil before raking, then ridging. Calcium superphosphate or compound fertilizer should be applied together with manure, the dosage per mu 50-75 kg.

Second, apply good seedling fertilizer

In order to ensure sufficient nutrients at seedling stage, it is necessary to apply quick-acting fertilizer as "seedling fertilizer". 4 kg ammonium nitrate or 5-8 kg ammonium sulfate per mu shall be applied to seeding holes and ditches before direct seeding, and shall be fully mixed with soil, and then watered for seeding.

Third, hair plant fertilizer

The rosette leaves growing in rosette stage are organs that produce a large amount of photosynthetic products in the future. Adequate fertilization and watering are the key to ensure the strong growth of rosette leaves, but attention should be paid to prevent excessive growth of rosette leaves and delay in bulb setting. The fertilizer should be applied when a few plants start to cluster in the field. Generally, 800-1500 kg of manure, 50-100 kg of plant ash, or 10-15 kg of ammonium nitrate, 7-10 kg of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer are applied per mu. Fertilization of direct-seeded cabbage should be applied in the small groove with 8-10 cm opening at the edge of the plant and covered with tight soil. Transplanted cabbage will be fertilizer into the ditch hole, mixed with the soil before planting seedlings. If there is excessive growth phenomenon in the late stage of rosette, it is necessary to take measures of "squatting seedlings".

Fourth, the ball fertilizer

Bulb-setting stage is the period of product formation, assimilation is the strongest, so the amount of fertilizer and water required is large. Apply balling fertilizer 5-6 days before wrapping the core, using a large amount of complete fertilizer with lasting effect, especially increasing potassium fertilizer. Generally, ammonium nitrate 20 kg, calcium superphosphate and potassium sulfate fertilizer 10-15 kg, or dung 1600-2500 kg, plant ash 50-100 kg as ball fertilizer. For long-lasting nutrients, it is best to mix fertilizer with decomposed manure and apply it in 8-10 cm deep grooves between rows. This topdressing has enriched the inside of the leaf ball and promoted the role of "irrigation", so it is also called "irrigation fertilizer".

The fertilization of cabbage should be determined according to different growth stages, and the demand for fertilizer in different growth stages is different, so the principle of combining phased fertilization with key fertilization should be adopted.
