Jiuquangua Prefecture carries out Target Management examination of seed Management Enterprises
In order to establish and improve the long-term mechanism of seed supervision and standardize seed management behavior. The seed Management Station of Guazhou County conducted a comprehensive and detailed assessment of 14 crop seed management enterprises on January 6, 2016.
The assessment shall be based on the target letter of responsibility for seed management signed with various enterprises at the beginning of the year, and the assessment method shall be scientifically set up in combination with the actual seed management of the county. In the form of listening to reports, inspection records, combined with annual business situation and comprehensive evaluation, and so on, each seed management enterprise has conducted a centralized assessment from the aspects of seed license management, seed transfer, quality management, seed management, test, demonstration and training of new varieties, and feedback on the assessment and the existing problems of various business units on the spot. At the same time, combined with the implementation of the new "seed Law" revision, further improved and signed the 2016 seed production and operation enterprise target management responsibility book. Through the examination and signing of the target letter of responsibility, it will further standardize the legal management behavior of seed production and management enterprises, improve the awareness of seed operators of seed production and operation enterprises in accordance with the law, and promote the overall upgrading of seed management in the whole county.
