Our country has a vast territory, and the planting of fruit trees in the north and south is not the same, and the diseases and insect pests are also different, but some basic pests are about the same. So what kind of pesticides are used for bugs on trees?

General fruit trees are mainly aphids, red spiders and other mites, scale insects, wood lice, nocturnal moths and other Lepidoptera pests.

Aphids: aphids are common in both southern and northern fruit trees. at present, the main control agents of aphids are imidacloprid and acetamiprid. Due to the low temperature in the north, the effect of acetamiprid is poor. At present, the recommended agents are chlorpyrifos, cyhalothrin and internal absorption agents, such as imidacloprid, thiazide, furosemide, imidacloprid and so on.

Red spiders and other mites: the harm of mites is also widespread, generally used now are avermectin, ethacazole, spiromether, cypermethrin, biphenylhydrazine ester, mineral oil and so on, it is generally recommended to use a variety of agents. Citrus is generally used together with 3-4 kinds of agents, and some mineral oil can be added appropriately to improve insecticidal efficiency.

Scale insects: at present, there are no good agents for the control of scale insects, and the promotion of promethophos has been banned in the past. at present, there are good products such as toxic chlorpyrifos, thiazinone, spirochete ethyl ester, mineral oil, thiazine and so on.

Planthopper, etc.: citrus planthopper in the south and pear planthopper in the north are all important pests to fruit trees. the recommended pesticides for the control of wood lice are chlorpyrifos, cyhalothrin, imidacloprid, thiazide, furosemide and so on. generally, quick-acting and persistent agents are used.
