So how to treat the disease of sand ginger?

1. Ginger plague

Ginger plague, also known as rot, is a root and rhizome disease caused by bacteria. At the beginning of the disease, the roots began to rot, and then gradually spread to the rhizome, then the upper leaves withered and fell, and finally most or all of the roots and rhizomes rotted, giving off a special stench.

Prevention and control methods: choose sunny, loose soil, good drainage of sandy land planting, avoid continuous cropping. Select the disease-free rhizome as the seed, soak the seeds with 20% plant ash extract or 1 1 Bordeaux solution for 10 minutes before planting, and disinfect them. In the rainy season, field drainage should be strengthened, timely inspection, timely removal of diseased plants, and lime powder should be sprinkled at the disease points to prevent the spread of germs. In the disease season, plant ash or lime is scattered around the plant, and then loosen the soil, which has a certain control effect.

2. Leaf blight

Leaf blight is a leaf disease caused by fungi. In general, the disease begins from the tip and edge of the leaf, and then extends around, the spot is oval or irregular, the center is gray-white, the edge has an obvious brown line, and when serious, the whole leaf dries up and dies.

Methods of prevention and treatment: before the onset of the disease, spray 1-1-1-100 Bordeaux liquid, spray once every 10 days, and spray 2-Murray 3 times. After the onset of the disease, the infected leaves should be removed in time, and the diseased leaves should be deeply buried or burned, and sprayed with 50% dichlorothalonil 500 murine 600 times, or 50% chlorothalonil 500 murine 600 times, once every 7 days, for 2 consecutive times 3 times.
