First, prepare the land and make beds.

Leek has a strong ability to adapt to the soil, but try not to choose continuous cropping land or spring onion and ginger stubble land for planting, in which the seedling bed width is 1-1.4 m. During soil preparation, no or less basal fertilizer is applied, the soil is turned deeply around 30cm, after turning, the claw trench is flattened, and then gently stepped on, the planting border should be dry and watered, generally the border width is 2.2m and the length is about 30m.

2. Sowing and raising seedlings

III. Seedling stage management

When the leek has 80% outcrop, it is necessary to remove the plastic film in time. When the seedling grows to 2-3 leaves, before and after growing to 5 leaves, water is watered every 5-7 days, and urea 7.5-12.5kg per mu is applied twice, and no watering is needed 5-7 days before transplanting.

IV. Colonization

When planting leek, we need to grasp the humidity of border soil, apply appropriate amount of farm manure per mu, match biological fertilizer 20kg, calcium superphosphate 150kg, urea or diammonium 20kg, potassium sulfate 35kg, fertilizer soil is fully mixed evenly.

2. When leek grows 4-5 leaves, it should be transplanted according to reasonable density, and the planting depth should be appropriate. After planting, 5% phoxim granule and 25% carbendazim wettable powder should be sprinkled on the leek root, which is conducive to the prevention of diseases and insect pests. The demand for fertilizer and water is relatively large during the growth period of leek, so it is necessary to apply reasonable fertilization according to different periods.

5. Harvest

1. Generally, after the first harvest, it is necessary to cover the sun and night for 2-3 days, and then cover day and night for 3-5 days. The subsequent management is the same as that of the first crop, but appropriate amount of chemical fertilizer can be applied during watering.

2. After harvesting 3-4 crops, before and after the spring equinox, the leek root can be dug out and planted in the field according to the 23-26cm row spacing. The plant spacing is 1-2cm, and the depth is 1 finger below the ground. After planting, the soil is gently compacted, before and after the light snow festival, and then dig the root into the trench, which can be used continuously for 2-3 years.
