High-yielding varieties of Lentinus edodes

1. New strain 937 of Lentinus edodes

The main results are as follows: (1) characteristics: it is a medium-mature variety of medium and low temperature, which is generally cultured at suitable temperature in conventional non-dandruff medium, the mycelium is white and stout, the extension is vigorous, and the growth rate is relatively fast. After the mycelium is full, it can continue to cultivate, it is easy to form a white granular tumor, the fruiting body is solitary, medium size, mushroom shape is relatively round, uniform size.

(2) advantages: this variety has wide adaptability, strong stress resistance, relatively high temperature resistance, not easy to rot, high yield and excellent quality. generally, it is easy to form cracked white mushrooms under the same environmental conditions. it is now a variety of Lentinus edodes with stable yield, high yield, high efficiency and high quality.

(3) season: it can be planted in the area with an altitude of 100-1800m. The suitable inoculation period for the southern provinces is from April to June, and the mushroom emergence period is from October to April of the second year.

(4) temperature: the temperature of mushroom production is 8-22 ℃, and the suitable temperature is 12-18 ℃.

(5) Formula: 76% of sawdust, 22% of wheat bran, 1% of gypsum, 1% of sugarcane, and 62% of water.

2. Wuxiang No. 1

The main results are as follows: (1) characteristic: it is a kind of high temperature Lentinus edodes variety, which can produce mushrooms in summer and autumn. The mycelial growth temperature range is 5-34 ℃, the more suitable temperature is 24-27 ℃, and the fruiting temperature is 5-30 ℃. Generally, the fruit body quality is good under dry management.

(2) advantages: high temperature tolerance, early mushroom emergence, fast tide change, high yield, stable yield and good quality.

(3) disadvantages: generally, in the environment of high temperature, high humidity and insufficient ventilation, the fungus tube is easy to be infected by miscellaneous bacteria, and the fruiting body has a large amount of fruiting body, fast growth, thin meat, long mushroom stalk and easy to open umbrella.

(4) region: it is suitable to be planted in high temperature season in low altitude 100-500m, semi-mountainous area and small plain area, and in areas with higher altitude in summer.

(5) season: the fungus tube can be made by feeding in late March and mid-late April, and then the color change, mushroom production and harvest will begin in the middle and late June.

3. Shiitake mushrooms 241-4

The main results are as follows: (1) characteristics: it is a medium-low temperature late-maturing strain, the mycelium growth temperature range is 5-33 ℃, the suitable growth temperature is about 25 ℃, the mushroom emergence temperature is 6-20 ℃, and the suitable mushroom temperature is 12-15 ℃.

(2) advantages: the mycelium has strong stress resistance and wide adaptability, which is more suitable for spring and autumn harvest, which is helpful to avoid high temperature inoculation in summer and autumn, so as to improve the survival rate of inoculation.

(3) disadvantage: during the differentiation of fruiting body, the temperature difference between day and night should be more than 8-10 ℃.

(4) mixing material: each section of wheat bran is 0.2kg, and each section of wet material weight is more than 1.8kg (15 × 55cm planting bag).

(5) season: planting is from late February to early April in high mountain areas and from mid-March to late April in low mountain areas.
