Produced in the temperature control box, because the temperature can be controlled, it can be produced all the year round. The new techniques of soilless cultivation of Toona sinensis sprouts are introduced as follows:

First, the mode of production: production in the temperature control box. This method is suitable for family workshop production, the operation method is flexible and convenient, the temperature can be adjusted at any time, the operation and management method of this technology is also suitable for large-scale production, perlite is the best matrix, its weight is light, permeability is good, it is a product after high temperature sintering, and there is no need for strict disinfection before use. The growth plate is generally made of plastic products or non-oily wood, with a height of 5-7 cm, the length and width are flexibly controlled according to the size of the incubator, and the bottom is nailed with a layer of plastic window screen or plastic base to facilitate air permeability, water permeability and maintain a certain degree of humidity.

Second, soaking seeds:

⑴ preferred the seeds of Toona sinensis No. 6 newly produced in the same year to remove impurities and rub the wings.

⑵ soak: soak the seeds with 45-60 ℃ hot water for 15-20 minutes, during which the seeds are heated evenly by hand. When the water temperature drops to 22-25 ℃, remove the seeds and put them into a container containing growth agent 2 solution, then place the container in a temperature control box, keep the temperature 22-25 ℃, soak for 8-12 hours, remove the floating gravure seeds and impurities, rinse them with 25 ℃ warm water and set aside.

Third, constant temperature sprouting: wash the seedling tray and growth box with 1/10000 potassium permanganate solution in advance, spread perlite about 1 cm thick at the bottom and mix it with water, and then sow the soaked seeds evenly on the substrate with a sowing rate of 240g per square meter. Then put the growth box into a 22-25 ℃ incubator to promote germination and growth, and keep the same temperature of water 3-4 times a day. Under normal circumstances, it can sprout in 2-3 days and be harvested in 6-8 days.

IV. Management and harvesting:

① when the bud length is 1.5cm-1.8cm, the nutrition of the seed itself is difficult to meet the needs of the rapid growth of the buds. The same proportion of growth agent No. 2 solution should be used to spray the buds 20 minutes after each watering.

② when the length of the bud is 5-6 cm, the spectral argon lamp is used to illuminate the bud every night until harvest. The commercial buds planted in this way are green, crisp and delicate. When the buds of Toona sinensis grow to 8-10 cm, they should be sold in time to prevent the buds from aging. When harvesting, the seed buds will be pulled out by root, washed clean, fine packaging, listed in batches, and the price is higher than that of conventional vegetables.
