Toona sinensis alias Chunya, which is nutritious, contains 840 grams of water and 98 grams of protein per kilogram of fresh stem and leaf buds, as well as vitamins C, A, B, calcium, phosphorus and other substances. Toona sinensis can be fried, salad, fried, fresh, dry or pickled.

The cultivation of Toona sinensis in greenhouse mainly uses the nutrients accumulated in the open field to sprout and grow. After rooting, it can restore a certain amount of absorption and supply appropriate amount of fertilizer and water for the growth of Toona sinensis.

First, raising seedlings. The greenhouse should be highly close-planted, with a large amount of seedlings and small space, so it is appropriate to cultivate dwarf multi-headed strong seedlings. Sow seeds in the open field, then set up a small arch shed to protect against cold and carry out fine management, or sow seeds in the greenhouse or sunny beds in the greenhouse in the first and middle of February. The seedbed was watered after soil preparation and fertilization, and the seeds were sown on demand. The border was covered with film after sowing. The seedbed was kept at about 25 ℃ during the day, and the film was removed when the seedlings emerged. After finishing the seedlings, the temperature was lowered properly, and the temperature was kept at 20-23 ℃ during the day and 13-15 ℃ at night. Interseedling 1-2 times, 3-4 hours to the seedbed, 7-8 leaves transplanting to the nursery. Seedlings are planted in flat beds, with row spacing of 30-40 cm and plant spacing of 25-30 cm. The seedlings are not coring and are mostly cultivated into single-stalk seedlings suitable for planting in greenhouse.

Second, planting and management. After the seedlings were defoliated from the middle of October to the first ten days of November, the seedlings rose in time when the terminal buds were dormant to prevent freezing. Leave roots about 20 cm when digging seedlings. In the artificial planting ditch of seedlings, the roots were buried in soil, watered and covered with straw bags to ensure a low temperature below 10 ℃, so that the nutrients in the leaves were completely returned to the stem buds, and the dormancy period was completed in about 15 days. It was planted in the greenhouse in November when the average daily temperature was 3-5 ℃. Dig a wide trench with a depth of 0.5 meters from north to south, plant seedlings at 70-80 angles with a distance of 4-5 cm, 100-150 single-stalk seedlings per square meter and 80-120 biennial branch seedlings, and water them after planting. Seal the film before the cold wave comes after 3-5 days.

After sealing the film, the room temperature increased gradually, maintained 15-22 ℃ in daytime, about 10 ℃ at night, and germinated after 40-50 days. The temperature after germination is 18-24 ℃ in daytime and 13-15 ℃ at night. When the coloring temperature of Toona sinensis bud is more than 22 ℃ and the temperature is more than 28 ℃, it can be let out for 2-3 hours at noon in sunny day. In the middle and last ten days of December, if the buds have not yet sprouted, or when the lowest indoor temperature drops to 4-5 ℃, you can temporarily use the stove to light the fire to raise the temperature. Spray water on the seedlings 10-15 days after planting and 3-5 days before each harvest, spray water into the air when the air is dry, and the air relative humidity is maintained at 60-70%. Top dressing after the first crop of Toona sinensis, and then each time, pour thin fertilizer water or spray fertilizer. When the nutrition was insufficient, the buds became slender and yellowed, and the weight of single bud decreased.

Third, harvest. The toon buds are about 20 cm long and are harvested when the color changes to reddish brown. The first crop of Toona sinensis is harvested before the Spring Festival and every 15-20 days for a total of 3-4 times, ending before the open field Toona sinensis goes on the market. Greenhouse toon is relatively delicate, must be cut with scissors or cut off the bud with a sharp knife, can not be broken by hand, in order to prevent damage to buds and trees.

After the harvest, gradually uncover the film and refine the seedlings. After refining the seedlings, dig out the seedlings and transplant them to the open field, fertilize and water them according to the management method of the previous year, and then transfer them to the greenhouse in winter.
