(1) cultivation of Dictyophora

Dictyophora is a precious food, delicious and nutritious, containing 19 kinds of amino acids and vitamins.

According to the determination of Guizhou physical and Chemical Test and Analysis Research Center, 100g Phyllostachys pubescens also contains tryptophan 1mg, ornithine 4mg, r-an aminobutyric acid 4mg, asparagine 6mg and so on.

In addition, Dictyophora contains many trace elements, such as zinc-containing 46.1ug/g, iron-containing 68.7mg/g and so on.

Dictyophora contains many kinds of microorganisms, such as VB1, VB2, VB6, K, A, D, E and so on. Among them, the content of VB2 is higher, the content of 53.6mg per gram of dry product is high, and that of Dictyophora davidii is 10.4mg. VB2 is the auxiliary component of xanthase and participates in the biological oxidase system. Lack of VB2 will affect biological oxidation, cause metabolic disorder, and lead to a variety of diseases. The number of wild Dictyophora is small and the price is expensive.

Since the 1980s, Dictyophora strains have been artificially isolated and successfully cultivated in bamboo forests or indoors. In the bamboo-producing areas of southern China, a large number of bamboo Dictyophora are cultivated, and every 1000 m ~ 2 bamboo forests can produce 8~10kg every year.

There are 6 known species in China, such as Dictyophoraindusiata, D.duplicata, D.rubrovolvata, D.cinnabarina, D.duplicata and D.multicolor. The first three of them are Dictyophora which can be cultivated under bamboo forest.

The bamboo forest environment is particularly suitable for the growth of bamboo stalks. After the bamboo forest is cut down, it will take more than ten years for the remaining bamboo to rot, and the unrotten bamboo whip accounts for about 10% of the woodland. Hinders the growth of bamboo whips. The cultivation of Phyllostachys pubescens in the bamboo forest can not only promote the decay of Fake, benefit the growth of new whip, but also increase the economic income, so as to kill two birds with one stone.

The method of cultivating Dictyophora:

1. Bamboo cultivation: dig 15~25cm deep planting hole in the edge of bamboo, remove 3~5cm thick withered bamboo leaves at the bottom, remove a layer of bacteria; spread a layer of withered leaves, sprinkle another layer of bacteria, cover dead leaves, cover soil, firm, and water. 0.4~0.5kg was used in each hole. The seeds were cultivated from February to March. It can be harvested from May to June.

two。 Bamboo forest digging holes (trenches) filler cultivation: select bamboo forest with the same degree of 0.8-0.9, dig holes or trenches on the woodland, deep 15~20cm, wide 30~40cm, hole (ditch) bottom covered with some withered bamboo and withered bamboo leaves, thick 10~15cm, firm, sprinkle a layer of bacteria; then spread 3~5cm withered leaves, and then spread a layer of bacteria; and then cover withered leaves, covered with soil, firm, watering. Each hole (or every 1 meter long ditch) with bacteria 1kg or so.

Harvest and processing methods of Dictyophora:

After the discovery of the buds. Pick at 5: 7 in the morning. After harvest, remove the mud from the bacteria, soak the 20~30min with 1%-2% citric acid solution, rinse it with clean water for 1 to 2 times, filter it, put it in the drying room to dry, and control the temperature at 40-50 C. The finished products are graded and packed in sealed plastic bags.

(2) cultivation of Gastrodia elata

Gasyrodiaelata is a perennial saprophytic erect herb of Orchidaceae. There is no chlorophyll in the whole plant, and there are fleshy tubers underground. Aboveground stems erect, yellow-red, with membranous scales on nodes. Flowers bloom in summer, forming a dense raceme. Growing in a shady and wet forest, the tubers of Gastrodia elata are symbiotic with Armillaria mellea. Human medicine with tuber is a traditional Chinese medicine. Tubers contain vanilanol, vitamin A, glycosides and trace alkaloids.

Cultivation methods:

The main results are as follows: (1) site selection; under the bamboo forest with a slope of less than 30o, deep soil layer, rich humus and good structure.

(2) selection of improved varieties: Tianfu is fresh, dense, round buds, the size of 1~2cm, yellow white tip.

(3) prepare bars; choose hardwood (such as oaks) with a diameter of 3~6cm to cut off and grow 30~40cm. On the bark of the tree, fish scale incisions as deep as xylem were cut at each distance from 5~6cm, and the ones with large Gastrodia elata, high yield and good mycelium growth were selected.

(4) making beds with equal height in bamboo forest, wide 0~70cm, length depending on topography, soil loosening depth 10 to 200m.

(5) sowing; sowing time 1 month to January of the following year is better; first remove the surface humus layer on the bed, the bottom of the bed is required to be flat, and then cross a layer of new rod and old fungus at 3:1 as the base material, between the wood sections should be close; the two ends of the segments do not join with Gastrodia elata seed, the middle part of the wood can be sprinkled with a small amount of rice seed, each 1m2 with Gastrodia elata seed 0.5~1kg call around. At the same time, the new and old sections of wood at 3:1 or 4:1 are mixed for one layer, and young bamboo branches and bamboo tips can also be used as cover materials; finally, humus topsoil is used to cover the seed 0~2cm, which is slightly higher than the ground, and then covered with litter or weeds.

(6) Management: prevent people and animals from trampling on the woodland with Gastrodia elata.

According to Cao Qingliu's experiment, the best standing degree of Gastrodia elata is 2 million square kilometers. after four years of cultivation, the yield of fresh Gastrodia elata can reach 7770kg/km2, among which the yield of commercial Gastrodia elata is 1963.5kg/km2 and its output value is 29000/km2. Therefore, cultivating Gastrodia elata in bamboo forest is an important way to improve the economic benefit of bamboo forest.

After the cultivation of Gastrodia elata in bamboo forest, the number and DBH of new bamboo increased.
