(2) when the medicinal treatment is soaked in the sweet potato harvest, soak the sweet potato with the 800 times solution of 70% (pure) methyl topiramate, dry the potato skin and then enter the cellar according to the weather conditions; after spraying the sweet potato, code the sweet potato into sweet potato paste, spray it with 70% (pure) methyl topiramate 800 times liquid, spray the medicine solution as far as possible, according to the weather, dry the potato skin and then enter the cellar. (3) separate spring and summer potatoes, separate different types (such as meat, yellow, red, white, purple and other different color potato pieces), medium and large potatoes (< 500g for medium potatoes and ≥ 500g for large potatoes), separate spring and summer potatoes, separate different types (such as flesh color, yellow, red, white, purple and so on). The potato pile should be more than 20cm away from the cellar wall. (4) the storage amount of fresh potato should be determined according to the size of the potato cellar, and the storage volume should account for about 2 of the whole potato cellar volume.

4. The suitable temperature for sweet potato storage in potato cellar management is 10 ℃-15 ℃, and the air relative humidity is 85% Mel 95%. The main results are as follows: (1) during the first 7 days of storage, the temperature in the cellar was kept at about 20 ℃, which was beneficial to the wound healing. After 7 days, the pit was opened and ventilated to cool and dissipate moisture, so that the temperature in the cellar was less than 15 ℃. When the temperature in the cellar naturally dropped to 14-15 ℃, the pit was sealed. (2) in the middle of storage, the temperature in the cellar should be kept at 12-14 ℃. When the temperature of the pit is stable at 14 ℃, the mouth of the pit can be closed, and the cover soil at the top of the shallow cellar should be covered with soil, and the method of one layer of grass and one layer of soil should be adopted to keep warm and prevent cold. (3) in the later stage of storage, the pit temperature was kept at 11-13 ℃. When the temperature rises to 11 ℃, the pit mouth and vents can be opened for ventilation and inspection. If individual rotten potatoes are found in the pile, rotten potatoes should be taken out and continued storage; if there are more rotten potatoes inside and outside the pile, they can not continue to be stored, they should be sold as soon as possible.
