3. Sprouting in high temperature. This is mainly the peak period of chest breaking, the grain heap temperature is too high, the ventilation is poor, and the grain seed carries on anaerobic respiration, causing alcohol poisoning, so it is usually accompanied by alcohol poisoning when it is burnt at high temperature, so the grain pile temperature must be checked frequently in the process of budding. when the temperature exceeds 30 °C, it should be turned over in time to dissipate the temperature, and the grain seeds produce slight alcoholism, which can be washed and continue to sprout.

4. The roots and buds are uneven. In the process of sprouting, the phenomenon of "having a root without a bud" or "having a bud without a root" often occurs because of the improper budding technology, which is caused by the failure to control the relationship between water, qi and temperature. The phenomenon of uneven root and bud can be solved as long as the law of "dry root and wet bud" and "cold root and hot bud" are followed, and the relationship between moisture and temperature is well regulated.
