During the growing period of summer corn, the rapid growth of weeds in the field in the season of high temperature and high humidity, coupled with the difficulty of Rain Water's manual and mechanical control of weeds, chemical weeding in the labor-intensive corn field is more and more accepted and widely used by farmers. A wide variety of corn herbicides with high technical requirements will cause drug damage to corn if they are not used properly. Here are five points to pay attention to when using herbicides in summer corn fields:

First, after harvesting wheat, if there are already a large number of weeds in the field, you must use biotic herbicides. Glyphosate is an internal herbicide, which has no effect in the early stage after spraying, but after about two weeks, the weeds die from the roots.

Second, herbicides unearthed from closed weeds are Yi A mixture, Yucaojing and du A mixture, generally 200 grams per mu of preparation, 45 kilograms of water, the control effect is good. If the amount of water is less, the chemical sealing layer is thin, and some weeds with strong resistance can easily get out of the sealing layer, making the control effect poor. However, the amount of water should not be too large, otherwise the effective concentration of the agent will be reduced and will not play a sealing role.

Third, once the above closed herbicides come into contact with cotton, peanuts, soybeans and vegetables, there will be varying degrees of drug damage, so when spraying the above herbicides, we must follow the following principles: spray as far as possible when there is no wind, strictly prevent the medicine from drifting to vegetables, peanuts and other crops with the wind; spray after lowering the sprinkler to minimize the drift of the agent; put on a protective shield in front of the sprinkler and spray in a directional manner.

Fourth, in recent years, due to the poor use of closed herbicides in some areas, some farmers simply grow corn and weeds, and then use herbicides such as Yunongle and Yuheng to control weeds. However, it is necessary to remind farmers that the best time for control is when there are 4-5 leaves of corn and 3-4 leaves of weeds. If you wait for 7 leaves of corn to control, drug damage may occur.

Fifth, when insect pests occur in corn fields, insecticides can be mixed with herbicides, but herbicides Yunongle and Yuheng can not be mixed with organophosphorus pesticides, but can only be mixed with pyrethroid pesticides.
