3. To strengthen the management of seedling stage: various measures should be taken to make wheat seedlings complete, uniform, uniform and official, so as to achieve strong seedlings overwintering and improve the cold and drought resistance of wheat seedlings. Measures should also be taken to promote weakness and control prosperity to prevent the emergence of late weak seedlings, over-prosperous seedlings and overgrown seedlings.
4. Do a good job in overwintering management: emphasis should be placed on timely pouring frozen water and replenishing wax fertilizer before overwintering.
