According to the experiment, soaking seeds in wheat biogas slurry can increase the yield by 5% to 7%. The specific method is to soak the wheat seeds in biogas liquid the day before sowing. The soaking time is based on the wheat absorbing enough water as the standard, and then the seeds can be sown after being washed with clean water. Because this technology is simple, safe, effective and does not need investment, it is suitable to be popularized in agricultural production.

I. Technical essentials

1. Sunning seeds: in order to improve the water absorption of seeds, before soaking seeds in biogas liquid, the seeds should be sunny for 1 or 2 days to remove sundries to ensure the purity and quality of seeds.

2. Clean the biogas digester discharge room: remove the scum and sediment as clean as possible so that the biogas liquid can soak the seeds.

3. Seed soaking in bags: select woven bags and cloth bags with good water permeability, and set aside appropriate space to prevent the seeds from bursting out after absorbing water. When soaking the seeds, one end of the rope was tied to the mouth of the bag, and the other end was fixed on the edge of the pool, so that the seeds were completely soaked in biogas liquid, and the soaking time was about 12 hours.

4. Cleaning and sowing: after soaking the seeds in biogas liquid, the seeds should be cleaned in clean water, and then sown.

II. Points for attention

1. Biogas digester, which is used as biogas slurry for seed soaking, must be used normally for more than one month, and the biogas liquid from waste pond and dead pond can not be used for seed soaking.

2. The soaking time of seeds should not be too long, and it is better for seeds to absorb enough water.

3. All the seeds soaked in biogas slurry should be cleaned with clean water and then sowed.

4. pay attention to restore the pool cover in time to prevent people and animals from falling into the pool.
