Pomegranate cuttage is the main method to propagate pomegranate seedlings. It has the characteristics of rapid seedling formation, fast emergence and high survival rate. During the growth period of pomegranate seedlings, anthracnose is easy to occur in high-temperature and rainy climatic conditions. If it is not controlled in time, it can cause fallen leaves, withered shoots or dead seedlings, and affect the emergence rate of pomegranate seedlings.

First, the symptoms of leaf disease, the disease spot often occurs at the edge and tip, irregular, yellowish brown, scattered black spots; branch disease, mainly occurs at the top of the shoot, withered from the bottom to the top.

Second, the incidence regularity is easy to occur in high-temperature and rainy climatic conditions. The rainy season comes early, the onset is early; in summer, the disease is serious, young branches and leaves, weak growth, prone to the application of nitrogen fertilizer.

III. Prevention and control methods

The main results are as follows: 1. To control the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer, we should not apply nitrogen fertilizer partially. The appropriate amount of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer should be applied together, and the practice shows that the proportion of urea, calcium and compound fertilizer should be 2:3:3.

2. Cut off the diseased tip or seriously diseased plant in time (the cut should be less than 2 cm) or remove and burn it or bury it deeply, then spray to protect it.

3. Any of the following pesticides can be used for control before the rainy season or during the disease occurrence period. The 3000-fold solution of Luheng No.1 or the 1500-fold solution of Prozac or methyl topiramate, etc. Spray once every 10 days for 2 consecutive 3 times. Pesticides should be used alternately to avoid drug resistance.

In addition, pomegranate seedlings are sensitive to organophosphorus pesticides, and organophosphorus pesticides should be avoided in the prevention and control of pomegranate diseases and insect pests. if they need to be selected, experiments must be carried out in advance, otherwise it will cause fallen leaves and dead seedlings.
