Last Updated: 2024/11/06, 1. Soil selection and preparation: Angelica dahurica is a deep-rooted plant, so it is appropriate to choose sandy loam with deep soil layer, medium fertility and good drainage, applying 4000 kg ~ 5000 kg farm manure and 80 kg superphosphate per 1000 square meters. Rake fine leveling

First, land selection and land preparation:

Angelica dahurica

Second, the method of reproduction:

Use seeds to propagate, mostly use direct seeding. Autumn sowing, generally sowing from September to October, strip sowing according to row spacing of 35 cm shallow trench sowing; hole sowing according to hole spacing (15 cm 20) cm X 30 cm hole sowing, covering thin soil after sowing, compaction, and seedling emergence 15-20 days after sowing. The amount of seed used per 1000 square meters is about 2 kg for strip sowing and 1 kg for hole sowing. If the seeds are sprayed with 2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution before sowing, stirring, moistening for about 8 hours, and then sowing, seedlings can emerge earlier and the emergence rate can be greatly increased.

III. Field management

1. Interseedling and fixed seedling: when the height of the next spring is about 5 cm, the seedlings are usually carried out twice, when the height of the seedling is 15 cm, the seedlings are fixed according to the plant spacing of 12 cm ~ 15 cm, and the burrow seeder keeps 3 strong seedlings per hole. At the same time, remove extra-large seedlings to prevent early bolting.

2. Weeding by intertillage: weeding by intertillage should be combined with weeding every time, only loosening the topsoil for the first time, and then gradually deepening. After the plant is closed, stop ploughing.

3. Topdressing: generally topdressing for 3 or 4 times. It is often carried out between seedlings, after setting seedlings and before closing. Fertilizer species are mainly rotten human feces and urine, cake fertilizer and so on, which are light at first and then thick. After topdressing before the last closure, the soil should be cultivated in time to prevent lodging.

4. Drainage and irrigation: if the soil is dry after sowing, it should be watered once, and then the border surface should be kept moist before the seedlings are unearthed to facilitate the emergence of seedlings. After fixing the seedlings, less watering and more ploughing should be done to promote its roots to grow downward. Pay attention to drainage after rain.

IV. Pest control

1. Leaf spot blight: mainly harmful to leaves. The method of prevention and treatment was to remove the diseased and residual tissue and burn it centrally, and at the initial stage of the disease, the patients were sprayed with Bordeaux solution or polyantimycin 100,200 units.

2. Yellow Phoenix butterfly: take the larva as the harmful leaf. In addition, aphids, red spiders and root-knot nematodes are harmful to the aboveground and root parts, so the corresponding pesticides should be selected in time.
