Management in planting Fangfeng
Fangfeng has strong adaptability and drought tolerance. As long as the whole seedling is guaranteed, the management during the growth period is relatively simple. In order to promote its growth and development, some promotion and control measures can be taken.
(1) topdressing and watering
In general, Fangfeng is cultivated artificially in the first year, the application of base fertilizer is sufficient, and there are few symptoms of fertilizer deficiency. If the basal fertilizer is insufficient before sowing or when sowing in sandy soil, topdressing is needed after seedling setting to ensure its nutrient supply and promote its healthy growth. Generally, each mu of urea is 8kg / mu and potassium sulfate 3kg / mu. The method of topdressing can be applied by hole application, covering soil with fertilizer and watering after application. In case of severe drought, irrigation should be carried out in time to meet the growth needs of Fangfeng seedlings and ensure their robust growth.
(2) cultivating soil by ploughing
During the period of Fangfeng growth, weeds are also growing, competing with Fangfeng plants for fertilizer, water and glory, affecting the normal growth and development of Fangfeng. Therefore, we should pay close attention to ploughing and weeding. Generally speaking, the soil should be ploughed and loosened for 2 or 3 times before the row is closed to keep the field clean. After Fangfeng is closed, it is inconvenient to weed by ploughing. If weeds are found, they should be pulled out manually in time to reduce the impact on the growth of Fangfeng. When the plant is closed, the old leaves should be removed first, and then the soil roots should be cultivated to keep warm and moisturize and prevent lodging.
(3) Flood discharge and waterlogging prevention
The vigorous growth period of Fangfeng is from June to August, when it is the rainy season, flood and stagnant water between fields (beds) should be eliminated in time, and then ploughing should be carried out to keep the surface soil of the field with good permeability, so as to be beneficial to root growth and prevent stagnant water from rotting roots.

Attention to the field management of planting windbreak
1. Management before emergence: the soil should be kept moist before emergence of Fangfeng. In case of drought, the seedlings should be watered in time. The seedlings can be seen about 15 days after sowing, and the seedlings can emerge about 22 days. When the seedlings are complete, remove the straw covering the border, preferably on a cloudy day or after 3 p.m., to prevent.
