1. Due to the differences in climate, soil, varieties and agricultural measures, the harvest time is also different, so we should look at the color, taste and flexible management.

2. Matters needing attention when harvesting:

(5) soft matter shall be placed in the fruit basket to prevent damage to the fruit.

(6) the order of fruit cutting is first down and then up, first outside and then inside.

(7) handle gently, ground fruit and injured fruit should be selected.

(8) Chemical treatment should be carried out in time.

3. Chemical treatment:

① uses 2.4 color D150mm 250ppm + carbendazim 200-250ppm to wash fruit, but in recent years, all kinds of new fresh-keeping agents have emerged one after another, such as green southern fresh-keeping agent, Sichuan Lanyue fresh-keeping agent, and fresh-keeping good fruit, Jianyang Guoguang fresh-keeping agent, etc., please refer to the instructions on the packaging.

② adopts graded packaging of single fruit in citrus fresh-keeping bag, which can bag the dried fruit as soon as possible after being treated with the above chemicals, so that the fresh-keeping effect is more remarkable.
