Key points of cultivation and management of Cordyceps sinensis
Cordyceps sinensis, also known as cordyceps sinensis, is a kind of precious nourishing medicinal materials commonly used in China. Its nutritional composition is higher than ginseng. It can be used as medicine or edible. It is a superior dish with high nutritional value. Cordyceps sinensis can enhance the immunity of the body, nourish the lungs and kidneys, and have obvious inhibitory effects on lung cancer and liver cancer. Clinically, it has curative effect on chronic cough due to lung deficiency, asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, hemoptysis, night sweats, soreness of waist and knees, impotence, spermatorrhea, neurasthenia, erythrocyte decline after chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
growth environment
As for the growth of Cordyceps sinensis, human beings feel mysterious about it. There was a poem by our predecessors, saying: "Cordyceps sinensis is named Fu Shi, and changes generate Qi Tong." One thing can actually move and plant, and it is difficult to believe in physics in the world." In fact, Cordyceps sinensis is a combination of insects and fungi. The insect is the larva of Cordyceps bat moth, and the fungus is Cordyceps fungus. Every summer, on the snowy mountain meadow above 3800 meters above sea level, the ice and snow melt, and the bat moth with small body flowers leaves thousands of eggs on the flowers and leaves. Then moth eggs become small insects, drilling into the moist loose soil, absorbing the nutrients of plant roots, gradually raising the body white fat. At this time, the spherical ascospores encounter caterpillar moth larvae, they drill into the insect body, absorb its nutrients, germination hyphae. When the larvae of Cordyceps bat moth eat leaves with Cordyceps fungus, they will also become Cordyceps.
Fungi infected larvae gradually wriggle to two to three centimeters above the ground and die from head to tail. This is the "caterpillar." Although the larvae die, the fungi in the body grow day by day until they fill the whole body. In late spring and early summer of the coming year, a purple-red grass grows on the head of the insect, about two to five centimeters high, with a pineapple-like capsule shell at the top, which is "summer grass". Cordyceps at this time to develop the most full, the highest effective components in the body, is the best season for collection. Qinghai, Xizang, Diqing and Nujiang Prefecture of Yunnan Province are one of the main producing areas of Cordyceps sinensis.
Cordyceps sinensis cultivation management points:
(1)land selection
Cultivation of houttuynia cordata is generally good with sandy loam, mu organic fertilizer 3000-5000 kg, plant ash 200-250 kg as base fertilizer. Rake and level, make high ridges of 1.3-1.7 meters wide, and open cultivation furrows on the ridges, with furrows spaced 30-40 cm apart.
(2)planting
Houttuynia cordata is generally propagated by dividing roots. The planting period is from January to March. Firstly, thick underground stems are selected, cut into short sections of 10 cm, each section has 2-3 nodes, laid flat in planting ditches, plant spacing 5-8 cm, soil thickness 7 cm, seed quantity 80-100 kg per mu.
(3)fertilization
Houttuynia cordata mainly absorbed nitrogen and potassium fertilizer, and its requirement for phosphorus was relatively low. After planting, the seedlings unearthed 3 cm can start topdressing. In the early stage, nitrogen fertilizer was mainly used to promote the growth of seedlings. In the middle and late stages of growth, due to the formation of a large number of rhizomes, the demand for fertilizer increased. On the basis of ensuring nitrogen fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer should be applied in combination.
(4)field management
Throughout the growth period to keep the soil moist, dry weather morning and evening to drench, rainy season to drain waterlogging prevention. When the above-ground part is excessive, tender stems and leaves should be harvested in time; when the above-ground stems and leaves turn yellow and the stems and leaves are fine, fertilizer should be applied appropriately to promote the growth of trees. And need to remove flower buds in time, lest flowering consume a lot of nutrients and inhibit the growth of underground stems. Houttuynia cordata has few pests and diseases.
