The disease symptoms of bean sprout rot disease: this disease mainly harms the radicle of bean sprouts, the initial diseased root surface appears light rust yellow infiltration spots of different sizes, no obvious edge, after the disease center is obviously rusty brown depression, connected to each other into strips, and finally the radicle softens and decays, and cannot be eaten.

Root rot of bean sprouts causes: mainly due to lack of oxygen in bean layer, watering temperature or cultivation temperature instability caused. Bean sprouts overdue harvest, radicle weakness, the use of unclean water is also easy to induce this disease.

Prevention and treatment of bean sprout rot root disease:

1) Strictly control the growth temperature. In summer, cool water is used to irrigate beans, and warm water is used in winter to keep the temperature at 20 - 27℃.

2) It is forbidden to use unclean and unwatered beans.

3) During the production period, the moisture management of the bean layer should keep dry and wet, maintain a certain air permeability, and avoid the bean sprouts being wrapped in water for a long time and causing hypoxia.
