Mushroom (scientific name: Agaricus campestris) is composed of mycelium and fruiting body. Mycelium is a vegetative organ and fruiting body is a reproductive organ. Mushrooms have as many as 36000 sexes and sprout into hyphae from mature spores. The hyphae are multicellular, diaphragmatic, elongated by apical growth, white, slender, woolly, and gradually filamentous. The hyphae combine with each other to form dense groups, called mycelium. After the mycelium is saprophytic, the dark brown culture material becomes light brown.

Medicinal value of Mushroom

Pharmacological action one: antibacterial action

The mushroom culture medium (28-30 ℃ for 22 days) can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhimurium and Escherichia coli. This culture medium is non-toxic to guinea pigs and has no side effects after oral administration of 250ml in humans. AgaricusnebularisBatsch. The pressed juice can also inhibit Mycobacterium and Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Pharmacological action II: other effects

Its extract (extracted with ethanol for 24 hours, mixed with acetone and precipitated, the supernatant was extracted with ethanol and dried in vacuum) has the effect of lowering blood sugar. A non-specific plant hemagglutinin was isolated from mushroom.

Pharmacological effects of Mushroom

The lectins extracted from Agaricus bisporus had anti-tumor activity, and the tumor inhibition rate of mice bearing sarcoma S180 was 39% after 3 weeks of administration of 0.25mg. The water extract of mushroom can significantly increase the number of T cells and can be used as a T lymphocyte promoter to stimulate the formation of antibodies, improve immune function and promote non-specific immunity. The extract contains 45% polysaccharide and 18% protein. The other extract A has immune enhancement activity, which can make mouse peritoneal macrophages gather and enhance the response of plaque forming cells. It is also reported that a polysaccharide extracted from Agaricus tetrasporus has high anti-complement activity. The ethanol extract of Agaricus bisporus can cause the mutation of Salmonella typhimurium, especially on TA104. Ames test showed that the mushroom amino acid contained in Agaricus bisporus had mutagenic activity to TA1537.TA97, and alkaline condition could enhance its mutagenic activity.

Measures on how to fertilize mushrooms

In the peak period and later growth stage of mushroom, if the nutrient in the material is insufficient, it is easy to produce deformed mushroom, which seriously affects the yield and quality. Topdressing in time can make mushrooms get high quality and high yield. When topdressing, organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer are used alternately, the effect is better. However, it is appropriate to apply small fertilizers frequently. Generally, each batch of mushrooms can be topdressing 2murs for 3 times, combined with water spraying, with a dosage of 250ml per square meter. Spray water once after fertilization to wash off the fertilizer liquid on the mushroom body, and the doors and windows can not be closed until the water droplets on the mushroom cover are dry. This method can avoid the occurrence of macula, flower spot and Pleurotus ostreatus. Fat liquid should be used as you like, do not spend the night, so as to avoid deterioration. This paper introduces several formula concentrations and usage methods: (1) mushroom foot water: wash the fresh mushroom root 5kg, add water 15ml 20kg, boil for 15 minutes, take the clarification solution to water 40kg, dilute evenly and spray, which can prolong the peak period of mushroom production and thicken the fruiting body. (2) Soy milk water: use 1 kg of mildew-free and spoiled soybeans, soak and grind into soy milk, spray 50 kg of water filter residue. Can make the mushroom surface epidermis thicker, white and tender, the mushroom feet are strong and can increase production by about 10%, but it is prohibited when the temperature is high to prevent miscellaneous bacteria infection. (3) Fresh Carrot Juice: fresh carrots 5 kg chopped, add water 10 kg, boil for 30 minutes, filter residue to take juice, spray 50 kg of water, can promote the growth of mushrooms. (4) Culture material leaching solution: dry culture material 5 kg, add boiled water 50 kg, cover tightly closed, spray residue after cooling. The solution can prolong the peak period of mushroom emergence and thicken the fruiting body. (5) Sugar solution: sucrose 1 kg (glucose powder 0.5 kg), 50 kg of water, spray after melting, use with caution when the temperature is high, avoid miscellaneous bacteria infection, pay attention to ant prevention after spraying. If 0.5 kg of calcium carbonate is added, the effect is better. (6) rotten human feces and urine (cattle and horse urine can also be used): boil human feces and urine until there is no foam, spray water 10 times and 20 times, and spray with clean water again after spraying. (7) peptone and yeast powder: 50g peptone, 35g yeast powder (100g yeast extract), 50kg water, stir well and spray. It can thicken the mushroom body and promote the rotation of stubble. It is best to use it at room temperature 14 ℃ 16 min. (8) Plant health water: spray with plant health food-"Jindu No.1" powder diluted 1000 times (2 grams per square meter to 1000 milliliters of water). Spray once after each mushroom. Mushrooms are fat and firm, which can increase the shelf life and harvest times, and generally increase the yield by 20% and 30%. (9) Urea: with 150 grams of urea (250 milliliters of ammonia) and 50 kilograms of water, the mushroom body can be thickened by uniform spraying after melting. (10) Anti-disease nutrition agent: the 1000-fold solution of Lubokang 1RU was sprayed when the fruiting body reached the size of soybeans, and then sprayed every 5 days, which could not only avoid the occurrence of deformed mushrooms and other physiological diseases, but also increase the yield by 20% to 30%.
