Second, post-management

Immediately after grafting, pour a little water into the nutrition bowl to ensure water supply. The grafted seedlings are covered with arched sheds and tightly closed. Then uncover the greenhouse grass as usual to maintain the indoor temperature. When the sun shines strongly at noon during the day, newspapers and Kraft paper can be used to protect against the sun on the arch shed. In the following 3 days, the temperature was controlled at 28 ℃ ~ 32 ℃ in daytime and 20 ℃ ~ 22 ℃ at night. Within the next 2-3 days, the small arch shed in the greenhouse must be sealed to keep the air humidity in the greenhouse at 90% 100%. After 3 days, the temperature can be reduced to 26 ℃ ~ 28 ℃ during the day and 18 ℃ ~ 20 ℃ at night, and the air vent at the top of the small arch shed can be opened during the day. The vent should be from small to large, and the small arch shed can be removed after 7 days. The wound basically healed about 7 days after grafting, at this time, the root of the scion should be cut off to form a whole between the scion and the rootstock. After the grafting survived, the new lateral buds on the rootstock were removed in time to save nutrients and be conducive to the growth of grafted seedlings.
