Last Updated: 2024/11/05, 1. Open-field cultivation. 1. Soil preparation. Choose flat, non-stagnant, thick, moist, sandy loam with high organic matter content. 30000-45000 kg of base fertilizer and 225kg of ternary compound fertilizer are applied per metric. Ploughing and ploughing 20m / m ~ 30cm and raking flat to make a flat bed 10-15m long and 1m wide.

1. Open field cultivation

1. Land preparation. Select flat, no ponding, thick soil layer, moist, high organic matter content sandy loam. 30,000 - 45,000 kg of base fertilizer and 225 kg of ternary compound fertilizer are applied per hectare. Cultivate 20- 30 cm, rake flat, make 10-15 meters long, 1 meter wide flat bed.

2. Sowing. in late March, seed of Chinese celery are soaked in gibberellin of 40 mg/kg for 2 hour or soaked in water for 4 hours, and then sow, and that seeds are arranged in a row spacing of 20-25 cm in the border. Open shallow furrows 2-3 cm deep, evenly sprinkle seeds, 60-75 kg per hectare, level the soil after sowing, gently press with wood boards, and sprout in 15-20 days.

3. Nursery. After the seedlings emerge, loosen the soil and weed. 4-5 In January, water is poured once every 15-20 days, when the seedling height is 5-7 cm, the first thinning is carried out, the seedling is fixed at 8-10 cm, and 500 seedlings are preserved per square meter. spray 0.3% urea and 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution twice at intervals of 7-10 day after seedling identification. Pay attention to drainage in rainy season, loosen soil and weed in time after rain to improve soil permeability. 7-8 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution is sprayed 2-3 times a month to improve the overwintering ability of annual seedlings.

4. Planting. It is better to plant in autumn. After soil preparation, fertilization and ridging, planting, two rows per ridge, plant spacing of 6- 10 cm, watering thoroughly after planting, watering appropriately according to soil moisture, covering soil height of seedling growth point 3- 4 cm, ridge surface covered with straw and other mulch 1-2 cm thick, so as to facilitate winter.

5. Field management. After planting, timely watering and weeding. If there is a lack of seedlings, they should be replenished. After 15-20 days, nitrogen fertilizer is applied once to promote seedling growth. Fertilizer and water management in spring is the key to the cultivation of Oenanthe chinensis. After the soil thaws, remove dead leaves and dry plants from the field. Apply 300-450 kg urea per hectare. Early spring soil temperature is low, the first irrigation should be carried out when the plant height is 10-12 cm, and irrigation should be carried out every 7-10 days. Enter harvest period, timely topdressing available nitrogen fertilizer. In the middle and later stages of growth, intertillage and weeding should be carried out in time, and phosphorus and potassium fertilizers should be applied.

6. Harvest. When the plant is more than 30 cm high, the leaf color begins to darken, and the broken petiole has a small amount of fiber, but it is fragile and tender, it can be harvested. When harvesting, hold the petiole base with your hand and break it outward. Do not damage the small leaves and growth points. Bundled to market.

7. Seed collection and treatment. In the middle and late September, the seeds mature one after another, and are harvested in batches. After harvesting, they are spread evenly on reed mats, dried, cleaned of impurities, and packed into gauze bags. In the middle and late October, the harvested seeds are stored in sand. Select high hillock land with no ponding and good air permeability, dig deep 30-35 cm, length and width according to the number of seeds. Soak seeds in water for 12 hours, remove them and mix them with 3-5 times wet sand, hold them in hand, but do not drip water. Mix well and place in a ditch. Cover with soil 10-15 cm above ground. Every 15- 20 days remove the soil cover and turn the seeds up and down until frozen.

II. Protected cultivation

In the first ten days of March, the arch shed shall be buckled. First, the shed strips shall be inserted on both sides of the bed surface to form the arch shed, the film shall be buckled, and both sides shall be sealed tightly with soil. 15-20 Tianshan celery grows to about 10 cm. Pay attention to the arched shed at noon on sunny days to avoid burns due to excessive temperature in the shed. It can be listed in early April, and 1 kg of fresh mountain celery can be collected per square meter. After removing the film, the second germination of the mountain celery in the current year should not be harvested to ensure that the underground part grows well and is conducive to the strong growth of the mountain celery in the second year. When the plant grows to 10-15 cm, ammonium nitrate is applied once, 1.5 kg per 666.7 square meters. Strengthen field management to prevent grass shortage and drought.
