Ginseng fruit is the product of autumn, eating it will feel succulent and delicious, so eating in autumn this dry season has a moisturizing and warming effect. At present, many foods made from ginseng fruit on the market, such as canned ginseng fruit, total ginsenosides, and so on, are very popular with consumers, so now many people want to try to grow ginseng fruit, which has economic prospects.

Planting technology of ginseng fruit

1. Select the land for planting. It should be cultivated in sandy loam and humus loam which is rich in organic matter and good permeability, and continuous cropping is avoided.

2. Seed propagation is dominant. To accelerate germination, one seed should be mixed with three parts of river sand, put into a germination box, and be placed indoors or outdoors in an appropriate place to promote germination. Pay attention to check and turn over frequently and control the temperature. Seed dressing with new high fat membrane can ward off underground diseases and insects, isolate virus infection, do not affect germination and swelling function, strengthen respiratory intensity and improve seed germination rate after seed preparation.

3. Fixed value. Ginseng fruit is a perennial herb, we should apply sufficient base fertilizer, farm manure 4000kg / mu, N, P, K ternary compound fertilizer 50kg / mu, plant spacing 40cm / m, deep ploughing 20cm / 30cm, and then flatten the land into strips 70 cm wide and the border surface 10 cm above the ground. The strong seedlings with a height of about 15 cm, many branches, stout branches, luxuriant leaves and no diseases and insect pests are selected and planted in the shape of 50 cm × 50 cm. Generally, it is appropriate to plant 2000 to 3000 plants per mu. Pour enough water to fix the root after planting.

Planting temperature of ginseng fruit

Ginseng fruit likes temperature, but is afraid of high temperature. the temperature management during cultivation is often different in different seasons, different weather and different growth periods. When planting in autumn and winter, the weather changes from warm to cold, and when the daily average temperature drops to about 16 ℃, plastic film should be buckled, and grass should be covered at night when the temperature is below 10 ℃. In the early stage of buckling, you should pay attention to keeping watch during the day, mastering 15-25 ℃ in the daytime, no more than 28 ℃ in the daytime, 15-10 ℃ at night, and the lowest not less than 5 ℃. When the temperature cannot be guaranteed, temporary heating measures should be taken. Special attention should be paid to increasing temperature and heat preservation in the early stage of winter and spring stubble. After the weather is getting warmer, we should pay attention to the lookout and prevent the high temperature injury. When the external minimum temperature is more than 10 ℃, it can be released day and night, and when the external minimum temperature is more than 15 ℃, the greenhouse film can be removed gradually, and the temperature management is just opposite to that of autumn and winter.

The method of protecting flowers and fruits of ginseng fruit

Ginseng fruit can be self-pollinated, the number of flowers per panicle is 8-10, generally the first 4-5 flowers in each ear are left, and the rest are removed. In order to increase the fruit setting rate and accelerate the fruit development rate, it is necessary to treat with growth regulators. Dip the flowers with 15 microliters of ∕ on the day of flowering or 1-2 days after flowering. Should first thinning flowers, and then dipped in medicine, too late to thinning flowers to thinning fruit, each ear to leave 3-4 fruits is appropriate.

Matters needing attention in the cultivation of ginseng fruit

1. Avoid too high or low temperature. The ginseng fruit could not grow normally when the temperature was higher than 38 ℃ or lower than 8 ℃, and the whole plant would freeze to death when the temperature was lower than 0 ℃.

2. It is forbidden to cultivate in waterlogged and sticky land. Ginseng fruit is afraid of waterlogging. In the rainy season, especially in the year when there are too many Rain Water, it is very easy to rot the roots, and if it is serious, the whole plant will die.

3. Avoid improper use of pesticides. Ginseng fruit is very sensitive to dimethoate pesticide, so it is not suitable to use it to control aphids and mites, otherwise it will cause death or no production.

4. Do not remove lateral buds in time. The lateral buds of ginseng fruit germinate easily. This not only affects growth, but also causes physiological falling flowers and affects fruit setting. Therefore, except for the remaining branches, the other lateral buds should be removed in time.

5. Avoid excessive humidity. Excessive humidity can easily cause Phytophthora, so we should pay attention to ventilation and ventilation in the greenhouse to reduce humidity. In rainy years, we should pay attention to timely spraying new high-fat film, carbendazim, chlorothalonil and so on.

The most important thing for ginseng fruit planting is the requirement of site selection, which must not be planted in low-lying places with stagnant water, which is not conducive to its growth. And in cold places can not be planted, ginseng fruit is very afraid of low temperature weather, but also can not be direct sun, when the temperature is high, need to build a shed to shade the sun.
