The body of Pleurotus ostreatus can be seen in many places. At present, it is widely distributed in our country, and its sales on the market are still considerable. So it attracts a lot of people to want to grow it, so as to increase economic benefits. But it is not random planting can be high-yielding, the middle needs to master a lot of skills.

Planting techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus

1 preparation of culture materials. When weighing the ingredients accurately according to the formula, first pour the main materials such as wheat straw powder, rice straw powder, cottonseed hull and bagasse into the mixing plant to form a cone, then withdraw the auxiliary materials such as wheat bran, rice bran, cornmeal and gypsum from the top of the heap, dry turn 2 to 3 times and mix well, dissolve the soluble sugar and calcium superphosphate into the dry material in water and stir evenly. When stirring, you can use a blender or manual mixing. Manual turning of the material needs 3 to 4 times, and strive to be even and one sufficient, that is, the material and material are uniform, the material and water are uniform, the material absorbs enough water, and finally the water content and pH are determined. A wide range of test paper with a pH value of 1-12 is used to determine the acidity. A small section is inserted into the culture material for 1 minute and then taken out, compared with the color swatch, so as to see the corresponding pH value. Generally, the pH value of the freshly mixed material should be 7.5 color 8, and the water content should be 60% 65%.

2. Bagging and sterilization. Choose polypropylene or low-pressure polyethylene plastic bags with specifications of 17cm × 33cm × 0.05cm. Each bag contains 300 grams of dry material, after packing, hit a cave about 10 centimeters deep with round tamping wood in the center of the material, then tie the mouth with string rope, tie it into a living knot, and inoculate at both ends after sterilization; you can also use corner bags, one end of which is filled with rings, sealed with cotton plugs, newspapers (or Kraft paper), and inoculated at one end after sterilization. The normal pressure steam sterilization was kept for 12 ℃ for 14 hours, and the autoclave sterilization pressure was maintained for 1.5 MPA for 2 hours.

3. Inoculation. The inoculation room should be kept clean and hygienic. Disinfect thoroughly before use. Inoculation when the bag temperature dropped below 30% could promote the germination of mycelium. During the aseptic operation of inoculation, the aging bacteria of 1 cm to 2 cm in the surface layer were removed and divided into broad bean size. The mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus is a little slow, so it is necessary to increase the amount of inoculation, and each bottle (or bag) is connected with 1-5 bags. The amount of inoculation is large, and the bacteria occupy the material surface soon after germination, which can reduce the pollution of miscellaneous bacteria.

How to grow tea mushroom

1. Use scientific formula. The nitrogen content of Pleurotus ostreatus culture material is too high, the pollution rate is high, the mushroom is late, and the nitrogen content is too low, the yield is low. The following two formulations are recommended: sawdust 36%, cottonseed hull 36%, wheat bran 20%, corn meal 5%, tea seed cake 1%, light calcium carbonate 1%, sugar 1%, pH 7: 7.5; or cottonseed hull 87%, wheat bran 10%, lime 2%, sugar 1%, water content 56% 60%, pH 7: 7.5.

2. Arrange the bag-making season scientifically. The mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus could grow at 5-35 ℃, and the optimum temperature for fruiting body differentiation was 22-26 ℃, which was lower than 20 ℃ for slow growth, slow turning tide, short stalk and low yield, but higher than 28 ℃ for fast growth and easy to open umbrella, which affected the quality. Gaochun County is the most suitable for the formation and growth of the fruiting body of Pleurotus ostreatus in mid-late May and mid-September. It is a reasonable bag-making period to push forward 55 days and 60 days, and it is generally arranged to make bags in the first and middle of March and the first and middle of July.

Pest control of Pleurotus ostreatus

Pleurotus ostreatus is often polluted by miscellaneous bacteria and invaded by diseases and insect pests in the process of bag production and cultivation management. therefore, in the process of cultivation, the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests must be strengthened.

1. Do a good job in environmental sanitation, eliminate the sources of diseases and insect pests: do a good job in environmental sanitation inside and outside the mushroom room, clean up garbage in time, especially rotten mushrooms, mushroom roots and waste culture materials, so as to prevent the growth of miscellaneous bacteria or adults to lay eggs, eliminate the sources of diseases and insect pests, and reduce diseases and insect pests.

2. Light trapping: the adults of mushroom mosquitoes and mushroom flies have phototaxis and can be trapped and killed by black light or high-voltage electrostatic anti-pest lamp.

3. Chemical control: spray directly to the bacterial bag with 1500 times of fipronil. Regent pesticide has contact, stomach poison and internal absorption and conduction effects on mushroom mosquitoes, mosquitoes and flies, and the larvae will be sprayed again after three days of serious damage.

Harvest of Pleurotus ostreatus

When the fruiting body cap is hemispherical, 2cm in diameter, the color gradually fades, the bacterial membrane is not broken, and the spores are not distributed in large quantities. Overmature. The bacterial membrane ruptures, the folds turn brown, the spores mature and distribute, and fall on the cap, reducing the commercial value. When harvesting, gently hold the bacterial stalk by hand, rotate the bacterial bag, pick the whole cluster, and do not damage the bacterial cap and stalk. The whole cluster of the collected mushrooms is placed in a basket covered with cotton cloth and handled gently to prevent the mushroom body from squeezing and breaking the stalk.

Tea mushroom needs to be formulated before planting in order to ensure its nutrition. Then it will be sterilized, and after these are done, it can be planted. Pleurotus ostreatus is very vulnerable to insect pests, so pest control should be strengthened in the later stage of planting. Only in this way can tea mushroom with high yield and high quality be cultivated.
