Hericium Erinaceus is a kind of mushroom, and it also belongs to the food of fungus. Hericium Erinaceus is still very popular in China's market at present. And the price continues to rise, so it attracts a lot of people to want to grow it. Then before planting, it is necessary to understand its planting techniques and growth habits.

Planting techniques of hericium Erinaceus

1, select raw materials, reasonable preparation of medium reasonable formula: ① sawdust 4%, cottonseed shell 40%, wheat bran 18%, sucrose 1%, gypsum powder 1%. ② cottonseed hull 82%, wheat bran 15%, gypsum powder 2%, phosphate fertilizer 1%. ③ cottonseed hull 38%, sawdust 20%, Tremella trash 20%, wheat bran 16%, corn meal 3%, phosphate fertilizer 1%, gypsum powder 2%. The water content of the formula is about 60%, and the pH value is 5-6 before sterilization.

2. Bagging. The cottonseed shell was pre-wet with equal amount of water, then mixed evenly with other raw materials, and filled with 750ml strain bottle or 14cm × 27cm × 0.0045 cm polypropylene plastic cylinder bag. The material surface is flattened and compacted, the interior is loose, and the charging should be completed within 6 hours.

3. Inoculation and culture. When the material temperature is cooled below 28 ℃, put the strain bottle (bag) into the inoculation room to inoculate. Clean the room before inoculation and fumigate for 24 hours with 10-15g/m3 sulfur powder. Move the sterilized bacteria bag into the inoculation room and put it on, turn on the switch of the ozone generator installed in the inoculation room, turn off the switch half an hour later, stop for another half an hour, put on clean overalls, wash your hands, and enter the inoculation room to prepare for vaccination. The inoculation method is the same as the routine. With the development of mycelium, the temperature in the bag increased, and the bag temperature was 2 ℃ higher than the room temperature, and the room temperature should be adjusted to about 25 ℃. After 16 days, the hyphae gradually entered the peak period of metabolism, which should be controlled at 20 ℃-23 ℃.

Where does hericium Erinaceus grow?

Hericium Erinaceus likes low wet environment, and the dead parts of tree trunks such as oak trees are the favorite growing places of wild hericium Erinaceus. The producing area of hericium Erinaceus is very wide, and it is widely distributed in subtropical and subcold regions.

Distribution of hericium Erinaceus

1. International distribution: hericium Erinaceus is a valuable variety of edible mushrooms. Wild hericium Erinaceus grows in the dead parts of oak tree trunks and likes low humidity. The producing area distribution of hericium Erinaceus is very wide. Many countries in the world produce subtropical to subcold zones, and they like it at 8-20 °.

2. Domestic distribution: hericium Erinaceus is distributed in almost every province in China, and it is produced in northeast provinces and Henan, Hebei, Xizang, Shanxi, Gansu, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan, Hubei, Guangxi, Zhejiang and other provinces (autonomous regions). Especially in the northeast Daxing'an Mountains, northwest Tianshan and Altai Mountains, southwest Hengduan Mountains, Xizang Himalayas and other forest areas.

Growth conditions of hericium Erinaceus

1. Temperature. The temperature range of mycelial growth of hericium Erinaceus was 6 ℃ ~ 34 ℃, and the optimum temperature was about 25 ℃, lower than 6 ℃, the metabolism of mycelium stopped, and the mycelium grew slowly and easily aged when it was higher than 30 ℃, and stopped growing at 35 ℃. The temperature range of fruiting body growth is 12 ℃ ~ 24 ℃, and the most suitable temperature is 18 ℃ ~ 20 ℃. When the temperature is higher than 25 ℃, the fruiting body grows slowly or does not form a fruiting body; when the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, the fruiting body begins to turn red, and with the decrease of temperature, the color deepens and has no edible value.

2. Air. Hericium Erinaceus is a kind of aerobic fungus, which is very sensitive to the concentration of carbon dioxide. when the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air is higher than 0.1%, it will stimulate the continuous branching of the stalk and form coral-shaped deformed mushrooms, so it is very important to keep fresh air in the mushroom room.

3. Light. During the growing period, there should be scattered light, generally 300 ~ 600 lux illuminance. The field shade shed mastered "three points of yang, seven points of yin, flowers and sunlight" to meet the growth needs of fruiting bodies.

4. Ventilation. Hericium Erinaceus is a kind of aerobic fungus, if poor ventilation, excessive carbon dioxide deposition, stimulate stalk continuous branching, inhibit the development of the center, there will be coral-like deformed mushrooms or cause miscellaneous bacteria reproduction pollution. For this reason, when planting in the field, the film should be ventilated for 30 minutes at 8 am every day, and the fruiting body should be ventilated in the morning and evening every day when the fruiting body grows up, and the ventilation time should be extended appropriately, but the mushroom body should not be blown in the direction of the wind so as not to shrink.

Hericium Erinaceus grows best in a warm and humid environment, so site selection should be done when planting. In fact, as long as you master its cultivation methods, it is relatively simple to grow. In the later stage of planting can not be relaxed, only after a series of preparatory work, its growth will be good.
