Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Flammulina velutipes has a very high edible value, and the taste is soft and crisp, and sometimes it will make a crunching sound when chewed. Although Flammulina velutipes is a kind of mushroom food that we eat especially, many people know the cultivation method of Flammulina velutipes. The following small series will give it to the big one.

Flammulina velutipes has a high edible value, and the taste is soft and crisp, and sometimes it makes a "crunching" sound when chewing. Although Flammulina velutipes is a kind of fungus food that we eat a lot, but many people know how to grow Flammulina velutipes. The following editor will explain how to grow Flammulina velutipes.

Planting techniques of Flammulina velutipes

1. The configuration of culture material: 20% of rice bran or wheat bran, 73% of corncob, 25% of wheat bran and 1% of gypsum. Mix the above-mentioned culture material well with water, then adjust the pH value to about 6, and the water content should be squeezed by hand without forming water flow. After the culture material was prepared, a plastic bag with a specification (length × width) of 17 × 28cm and a thick 0.6mm was selected, which was filled with about 300g and pierced at both ends.

2. Sterilization and inoculation: sterilize under normal pressure, keep the pot boiling for 6 hours and 8 hours after boiling water, and then stay stuffy overnight. When the temperature of the material in the bag drops below 25 ℃, inoculate the bacteria at both ends of the bag. Inoculation should be carried out in aseptic conditions or rooms close to aseptic conditions, and the strains should be vigorous, robust and free of miscellaneous bacteria pollution.

3. Management of inoculation period: after inoculation, the cultivation bag was put into a clean culture room for bacteria culture, and the indoor temperature was kept at 22 ℃ ~ 25 ℃. Under normal circumstances, the hyphae could be extended into the culture medium 20~25mm 10-15 days after inoculation. If the bacteria spread smoothly, the hyphae can cover the whole material surface within 20-25 days after inoculation. at this stage, miscellaneous bacteria should be picked out and the unfilled bacteria bags should be arranged together to continue to spread bacteria.

4. Scratching and budding: scratch the bacteria immediately after the bacteria finish, dig out the next strain block, and make the fruiting body occur together from the surface of the culture medium. If the surface of the culture medium is very dry, you can use scratching, that is, scraping off all kinds of skins of the old bacteria and 5~10mm medium together, the hyphae can form primordia by mechanical stimulation and low temperature stimulation of scratching bacteria, keep the air humidity 90% and 95% and strengthen ventilation. It can inhibit the formation of aerial hyphae on the surface of the bag after scratching, which is beneficial to the budding and mushroom production. During this period, the air relative humidity should be kept at about 95%, and the temperature should be controlled at 10 ℃ ~ 15 ℃. Cover with newspaper or cover with film to moisturize the mushrooms to induce mushrooms. After a week, pointed buds grow one after another, and the white buds are normal.

How to grow Flammulina velutipes

1. First cut off the root of Flammulina velutipes with a knife.

2. Prepare a bowl to add the right amount of water, and then add a spoonful of baking soda.

3. Cover with a wet towel and put the root in.

4. Then put it in a warm place and it will grow out in a few days.

Management of mycelial growth period

The management of silk growth period of Flammulina velutipes in bag cultivation refers to the management before inoculation to mushroom production. The main task of this stage management is to create the most suitable temperature for mycelial growth of Flammulina velutipes as far as possible. The mycelium culture room should be moved to the mycelium culture room in time after inoculation. The mycelium culture room should be kept clean and dry, and the relative humidity should be about 70%. When the relative humidity of the culture room is too low, the air is dry, the moisture of the culture material is easy to evaporate, and when the relative humidity of the culture room is higher than 70%, it is easy to cause miscellaneous bacteria pollution. The temperature of the culture room was controlled at about 20-23 ℃. After 3 to 4 weeks of culture, the mycelium can grow full of culture material.

Distribution of producing area of Flammulina velutipes

Flammulina velutipes is widely distributed in nature, such as China, Japan, Russia, Europe, North America, Australia and so on. It is suitable for the growth of Flammulina velutipes from Heilongjiang in the north, Yunnan in the south, Jiangsu in the east and Xinjiang in the west. Lingshou in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, grows a large number of white Flammulina velutipes, which is produced and sold in various places in November and February.

As mentioned above, the planting method of Flammulina velutipes is relatively simple. Friends who like to eat Flammulina velutipes can also grow at home. Usually, the roots of Flammulina velutipes can be cut off and planted in a basin, and fresh and delicious Flammulina velutipes can grow in a few days. You might as well have a try!
