Many people like Xi Zhi Pagoda succulent very much, but many friends have no experience in cultivating flowers, but they are captured by the appearance of Xi Zhi Pagoda, so many people are very confused and hesitant about whether it is good to breed.

Is Xi Zhi Tower succulent and easy to raise?

Easy to raise.

Watering: keep the basin soil moist in spring and autumn and water it once a week.

Fertilization: fertilize once a month or use "Huiyou" 15-15-30 special fertilizer for potted flowers. However, the amount of fertilizer application should not be too much, one side of the stem and leaf is only long, and the stem node is elongated, which seriously affects the ornamental value.

Temperature: summer high temperature and strong light should be shaded properly, but the time should not be long, otherwise it will affect the color and luster of the leaves. The room temperature is maintained at 10-12 ℃ in winter, and it can continue to grow.

The breeding method of Xizhita

1. Ramet. With the growth of Xizhita, the plants are getting bigger and denser. The plants of the densely growing Xizhita are separated and put together every 3 to 4 plants, which can be directly planted in the pot.

2. Cutting. If Xi Zhita is propagated by cuttings, it is easy to survive. In general, when Xi Zhita grew up, he would be beheaded. The cut plant can be used for cutting. Sandy soil should be selected when cutting. the soil is loose and conducive to air permeability. Note that when cutting, the selected plants should retain at least 4 pairs of leaves, which is helpful to improve the survival rate. The temperature of Xizhita cuttage is between 18-24 ℃, keep the soil slightly moist, and generally take root in 15 to 20 days.

3. Sow seeds. The seeds of Xi Zhi Pagoda are collected and can be sown from April to May. At the temperature of about 20 ℃, the seedlings could germinate 10-12 days after sowing, and the seedlings grew faster.

4. Xizhita also uses leaf cuttings for reproduction, but because the leaves are smaller and thinner, it is not easy to survive.

What about the growth of Xi Zhi Pagoda?

1. The situation in which the apprenticeship is not serious. If the growth is not too serious, some measures can be taken to remedy it. Take out the overgrown Xi Zhi Pagoda to bask in the sun and replenish the light. At the same time, pay attention to less watering.

2. When the growth is too serious. If the Pagoda of Xi has grown so badly that it can not be remedied, it can only be beheaded. Cut off the long part of Xi Zhi Pagoda and cut it as long as you want. Select the appropriate paragraph and cut it off with scissors. Cut off your head and trim it to let the Tower of Xi grow again. The cut part is put in a cool and ventilated place to dry the wound, and it can be used for cutting. In this way, you can also breed a new Pagoda of Xi.

Watering skills of Xi Zhi Tower

Most succulent plants follow the principle of "dry and thoroughly watered", and Xi Zhi Pagoda is no exception.

In general, keep the basin soil moist and pour water once after the soil is dry to ensure the normal growth of the plant. However, because each season has its own particularity, watering should also be properly adjusted to avoid damage to the plant.

Spring and Autumn is the growing period of Xi Zhi Pagoda, and it is the time when Xi Zhi Pagoda grows rapidly. Spring and autumn season, temperature and light are more suitable for the growth of Xi Zhi Pagoda, can be watered according to normal conditions. You can usually do it once a week.

Summer is the dormant period of Xi Zhi Pagoda, so generally speaking, it is not suitable to water too much. Hot and muggy summer, heavy rain, watering too frequently will cause the air to become stuffy and wet, stagnant water in the basin, causing plant decay.

Winter is cold and the temperature is low. But we have to water Xi Zhi Pagoda. We can water it properly. If the temperature is low, you can choose not to water, keep the potted soil dry and make the plants dormant so that they can survive the winter safely.

In our life, many of them are black holes in flower farming, but they also like flowers very much. in fact, succulent plants are a kind of flowers that are very good for breeding, just like cacti, as long as they are not watered too much, they can generally grow very well.
