The biggest fear of farming rich trees is what goes wrong, because once something goes wrong, it will affect not only the plant itself, but also the entire home environment and the mood of people living in this environment. Therefore, the cultivation of the rich tree must be timely supervision of the growth of the rich tree, once found what signs need timely control and management.

What if the head of the rich tree is rotten?

Root (stem) rot is a common disease that seriously harms rich trees, also known as rot.

Prevention and control methods:

1. Keep the cultivation environment dry and pay attention to the disinfection of cultivation media and sites.

2. After the semi-finished products are unloaded into the operation shed, the head of the wealth tree is sprayed with Sukeling to prevent the harm of Botrytis cinerea.

3. Cut the sprained and rotten tissue from the top of the main root with a sharp knife before planting, then spray the wound with Sukeling, and plant it after drying.

4. After a week of planting, the medium in the basin dries gradually, the healing tissue has been formed, and the new root has begun to grow. It is appropriate to spray the smooth rod of the wealth tree with pluck, Anke or zinc and manganese (Redomir-manganese zinc) to flow into the basin soil along the pole. Since then, fungicides have been rotated once a week with Anke, carbendazim, Redomir or carbendazim.

5. If Pythium is active, it should be sprayed with Pulek, carbendazim, Redomir or Phytophthorin, and the general effect is about two weeks. If the weather is still bad, different chemicals should be sprayed to prevent the development of drug resistance. If festering plants are found during this period, they should be discarded immediately.

What if the root of the rich tree is rotten?

1. Root treatment

When the leaves of the plant turn yellow and the bark becomes soft, trim the roots in time. Cut off the yellowed leaves, leaving only the bud eyes.

Remove the woody stem, do not deal with the root system, and clean the soil at the bottom. V the root system will be trimmed with scissors, cutting off the rotten part, and if the rot is serious, cut off all the messy roots directly. If the stem also begins to rot, you need to remove the rotten part and turn it into a piece. Put the treated rhizome in methyl topiramate or potassium permanganate solution and soak for 24 hours, or spray the wound with Sukeling. Then dry in a cool and ventilated place and replant it.

2. Drug therapy

When root rot and other Pythium pathogens are active, they are sprayed with Pulek, carbendazim, Redomir or Plumarin, and the effect is generally about two weeks.

In addition, for the pests of rich trees, non-fumigating nematodes such as gram-line phosphorus, gram-line Dan, Milol, methamidophos and other non-fumigating nematodes can be used to kill insects.

What about the growth of rich trees?

The rich tree has grown, and it is generally improved by pruning. When pruning, the overgrown branches of the rich tree can be trimmed. Generally, most of the branches need to be cut off, leaving only a few bud holes at the base, basically keeping the length around 10cm, and the upper part of the branches had better be cut off. When pruning, pay attention to the pruning of the branches on the whole plant, and the weaker branches had better be cut off to reduce the consumption of nutrients.

After pruning, pay attention not to water the rich tree to avoid decay, and then put the rich tree in a semi-shady place for maintenance. Compound fertilizer can be used before its germination, and it is best to spray some fungicides.

The habit of making a fortune

The rich tree is a perennial evergreen shrub, which likes warm, humid, sunny or slightly shady environment, and the most suitable temperature for growth is 20 ℃ to 30 ℃. The high temperature and humidity season in summer is very beneficial to the growth of rich trees, and it is also the fastest period for their growth, so fertilizer and water management should be strengthened at this stage to make them grow healthily.

In winter, not less than 5 ℃, it is best to maintain 18 ℃ to 20 ℃. Avoid cold and wet, in a humid environment, the leaves are prone to collapse-like frost spots, hindering viewing.

Pot maintenance of rich trees is relatively simple, generally using loose vegetable garden soil or peat soil, rotten leaf soil, coarse sand, plus a small amount of compound fertilizer or chicken manure as base fertilizer and culture soil.

Generally speaking, the problems often encountered in farming rich trees may have rotten heads, rotten roots or even overgrown, and so on. In the face of these problems, we need to find out the causes of these problems, and then prescribe the right medicine to find the right solution.
